Now we grind that down. Appetite has been wet

It’s absolutely insane… firstly to think in my 20s I would travel across the US to compete, that never would have crossed my mind a year ago! But now I get to do it multiple times!🤪

There’s so much that went in to this race, from long training sessions, eArLy mornings, all the way to knowing my physical limits (of which I’m still learning — and learning to push past🫨)

I had a blast, it hurt, it was exhilarating, and exhausting.
Could not have done it without two people @tannergregurich and @shilohgregurich. They were my workout partners, coaches, and boss — all of which they are the absolute best at and I’m so incredibly thankful for their support, wisdom, and leadership in my life.

I’m so grateful for the ability to even do any of this. God is so so good! He is continually showing me new things and opening up incredible doors of opportunity.
During this prep I started thinking about my reasons for training and pushing myself the way I have been, to which I have some semblance but am mostly still figuring it out — I will have an complete communicable answer soon, so ask👀🫡

@tultraining = best place to train💪

Anywho, done and dusted💨

This was my July. How was yours?

Psalms 127:1 “unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain that build it..”

This month was so incredible for me. So many changes, so many opportunities, so much growth! And still I get to keep pressing🙂‍↕️

We locked.

Huge thank you and appreciation for @tannergregurich and @shilohgregurich for pushing me and believing in me — creating such a positive and impactful environment around @tultraining and @dailydosetulsa it’s honestly insane that I get to call this whole space my home. by @k.m.kloo

The good things in life: the fits, the food, the job, the sister.
