I’ve known Martial Arts since I was a baby. I moved around a lot as a kid and so my training was disrupted. I never really had the chance to get back to it and did other things to stay active, looking for something that gave me the same feeling. This was until I met a friend in uni, a boxer who saw in me what he sees in himself. We sparred one time and he hit me with the cleanest shot I’d ever taken. I was in love again and just had to learn how he did that I made a commitment to myself that I would do everything in my power to afford the privilege of training again. I started training in 2021. I competed in 2022 in order to get validation from a piece of plastic. In 2024, I flew to the home of Muay Thai where I was surrounded by dream chasers. Kind souls trying to make a better life for themselves one day at a time. In 2025, I got to tick a goal off my bucket list when I sparred with my current favourite fighter (I wanna fight all my favourite fighters). And for the rest of my life, I’m just trying to have fun doing what I love. No pressure, but I think you should too by @k.ozed
