La forme du silence. The shape of silence. Honored that "Morning cigarette" is on the cover of Cristian Fulas's (@cristianfulas) novel — a story that opens at the deathbed of a woman who smoked most of her life. Out this fall with @editionslapeuplade, first print run of ~4,000 copies across Canada and Europe. Couldn't ask for a better home for this one. Thank you to Julie, Mylène, and the team. . . . . #streetphotography #leicamonochrom #blackandwhitephotography #fineartphotography #bookcover #bookcoverdesign #lapeuplade #streetphotographyinternational #bwstreetphotography #everybodystreet by @k.polevoy

A moment I’ve been waiting for a looong time. Started out just as an idea probably a few years ago...But I’ve never felt confident to actually go through with it. Flash forward winter 2020. My creative fire slowly withering away. This is when my book “Chasing light” was born. . . It’s been quiet thrilling and humbling experience: watching your own work develop over the last 10 years. Seeing your own heart and soul look back at you. Reflective, nevertheless. “Chasing light”, now available at @madstreetbooks. Limited edition. Hand signed and numbered. . . #photobookjousting #streetphotographers #photobooks @galleryvictorchicago by @k.polevoy
