POSTS STORIES REELS

A few images from this past weekend at Moving Mountains Holistic Summit in Orland Park, Illinois . What a fun weekend at a really weird hotel 🤣 I’m smitten with this beautiful community and this holistic way of life. @insideoutwithheather did a beautiful loving job of curating so many amazing speakers. Kudos to Heather! I just love her and her daughter Sophia(sp?) and friend Effie! 💜

So many incredible presentations, I was telling Eileen that I love the “big guns” so to speak… (@d_alec_zeck , @eileenmckusick , @andrewkaufmanmd , @dr.palevsky , and @beyond.terrain etc) but the lesser-known-to-me presenters BLEW MY MIND. The almost unimaginable dark truth of organ donation, vaccinations, Convid, plus the simplicity and breathtaking beauty of energy, our biofield, homeopathy, regenerative farming, and more were so thoughtfully presented and kept me engaged and taught so much!

During this really trying time on our planet, I can’t think of a community I’d rather be a part of than @thewayfwrd , in fact it even inspired me to join @beyond.terrain community! I love the overlapping benefits of all people, modalities, and information.

Much love and gratitude for all of it and everyone. And what a treat to be with @mommom42 @natasha__dawn @janeteckmann, @loder.sarah, Ashley. And Cindy.

It was my first event as part of @thewayfwrd team and I’m thrilled. 💜

Connecting People, Bridging Gaps

Sometimes in the "health and freedom" movements there's this feeling of defeat because of not having enough "like-minded" people around. I believe the problem is more about finding each other.

@k8_is_awake and I get silly about retreats and language.

Government is literally organized crime.

I went on this rant in my latest podcast episode.

The intention was for @k8_is_awake and I to recap the recent Wise Traditions conference. But we pretty much went on more tangents than actually talking about the event. This is one of them.

Hi! I know they’re practically the same picture but I love my super pretty and flowery thrifted sweater and the sparkles throughout my hair which is longer than ever in my life! Bonus… I’ve dropped 25 pounds in 1 year!

Today is 10 years since my Dad died so I decided to dress kinda pretty and get shit done… sweep the leaves off the walk, record a podcast, secure a plow service, talk with my neighbor for a good long time, and take all our donations to St. Vincent’s. 🎉

Holy shift things are shifting. 💜🎉🙏🏻 by @k8_is_awake

10 years today Dad.

You send me messages every single day, in numbers, in food, in words. I feel you here as I take care of our house, your wife, and myself. Gareth says you’re so proud of the life I’m living and Lory says Liam is looking more like you all the time. That makes me smile.💜

Mom is living her best life, travels all over the country, learns new things every day, she’s not taking a single med. I know you’re helping me with the rest of the family relationships, thank you. I love them all so dearly. Franklin misses you and talks about you, you are alive in so many ways.

We set this whole thing up long before we were even here, it’s wild to think about. I wonder what we’ve all been to each other in past lives. Oh what a reunion it will be. 💜

See you sooner than later Papa. I miss you all the time. 🥰

Just brilliant. What a scam this whole fkn system is…community and family and love and joy…that’s where it’s at, not hustle and bustle and mortgage and debt and cars and things.

Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. I drove across this country multiple times and nearly all the schools look and function as prisons. It’s so heartbreaking. I’m sure there are plenty of lovely ones, certainly not in my direct experience. Goes for “higher” education too.

The Wise Traditions Conference… a gathering of nearly 1,500 like-minded people who question the narrative, go against the grain, challenge conventional wisdom, and aren’t afraid to think for themselves.

People who believe in the power of real food, traditional wisdom, personal responsibility, and taking ownership of their health.

There’s something incredibly refreshing about being surrounded by people who aren’t afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and create their own path.

These are my people.

Unfortunately I missed half of the Wise Traditions conference because I was in Tennessee but the half I attended was life changing. Strangers hugged me. Friends screamed when they saw me and jumped for joy. I was invited to dinners. I cried tears of joy for two straight days. The bonds I've formed over the past 3 years are so dear to me.

We ate the healthiest food. Listened to wise people speak on taboo topics. Enjoyed raw ice cream parties. And discussed every conspiracy possible.

I haven't had the bandwidth or energy to participate in the WAPF this year and that has to change. This foundation and the members fuel my soul in a way nothing else does. I became a chapter leader to form relationships based on conversations that ignite a passion inside of me. In one month I'll be able to do that again. I'm going to prioritize meetings and outings for my chapter. Please join me if you're in my area!
Next year we are in Cincinnati OH! Please join us next October!
