LIFE UPDATE!! Feeling so grateful for this month so far 🫶 Meeting beautiful people, exiting opportunities, lots of movement, and a such a balanced lifestyle recently (let’s not forget lots of matcha). I love forever growing in the industry and am loving every moment since I stepped into it ❤️ #pilates #pilatesinstructor #balance by @k8pilates

Definitely been a huge challenge being in remote areas and living in a caravan, as well as getting sick, but excited to get back into routine in time for 2026!! #travel #movement #eating #pilates by @k8pilates

One of my favourite reformer exercises to teach and to do myself! It’s such a fun challenge with lots of progressions and regressions. Would definitely recommend giving it a go yourself. Wearing @leelo.active tall straight leg pants in navy 💙. If you’re a tall girly like me, add them to your cart immediately!! by @k8pilates
