This summer I celebrated a milestone with my family as my mom turned 90, spent time with a longtime friend and creative collaborator #Hlywd_Hayes working on a special project I'll share soon, and took the opportunity to celebrate, innovate and recalibrate.
I've also been reimagining how I share my journalism. Over the past several months I've been pouring my energy into Inside NJ.com's Mosaic, a weekly newsletter where I tell the stories of the people, communities and issues shaping New Jersey.
Along the way, I've been experimenting with new ways to connect with readers, and I'm excited to share more of that work here. Beginning this week, you'll start seeing more behind-the-scenes moments from my reporting, excerpts from interviews, photos from the field and previews of the stories I'm working on.
I'll also share links to the full stories and the newsletter for anyone who wants to dive deeper.
Thank you for following along. I look forward to sharing more of the people, places and conversations that make New Jersey such a remarkable place to call home.
If you'd like the complete stories delivered to your inbox every Thursday, you can subscribe to Inside NJ.com's Mosaic. It's completely free, and I'd love to have you along for the journey. by @k95taylor

My first time being Stateside during the World Cup and I happen to be living in the country that hosted it. Thank you, NJ & NYC for the fun energy, and Central Park for hosting 50,000 of us for the final match.
