32 feels pretty great so far ๐Ÿค Shout-out to all of the amazing people who made me feel so loved this year ๐Ÿฅน If you know me, you know I usually start planning my birthday months in advance to make sure people can plan for the holiday too.. this year I didn't plan a single thing. I'm so blessed to be surrounded by the most incredible people who filled the last two weekends with beautiful celebrations for me. Every moment with every one of you was so special and I am absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. I love you all so much ๐Ÿ’•โœจ by @k_fuller243

โœจSome things that have made me slow down, reflect and appreciate life over the past few months: 1) The sunrise this morning 2) The moon, always 3) The day after my birthday, when I saved a badly injured mourning dove from the middle of the road ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿค 4) Someone's lil mushie collection left at the entrance of my usual hiking trail ๐Ÿ„ 5) Live music โœจ 6) Finding this picture of little me and my brother 7) My pride & joy ๐ŸŒฟ 8) Porch hangin with my lil man 9) Colorful trees 10) Taking time to ground, reconnecting with myelf and nature 11) Not pictured -- meeting so many amazing new people ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ This year has had so many ups and downs, and more unexpected losses than I could have ever tried to prepare myself for, but the past few months, especially the past few weeks, have truly taught me to just. slowww. down. Take a moment to enjoy the little things in life. Look for the magic because it's everywhere. If you have loved ones on the other side, remember that they are always with you ๐Ÿฉต Connect with the earth. Connect with other humans. Continue creating. Continue healing. Love yourself and love others. Appreciate this life, not in spite of, but because of the ups and down. The only way we can begin to heal the world is by turning inward and healing ourselves first. That's what we're here for ๐Ÿ’š Thank you for coming to my Ted talk, I love you all ๐Ÿ˜Š by @k_fuller243
