Since i started my coaching journey 2 years ago, there's something powerful about standing in a room full of women building their businesses, watching the lightbulb moments happen in real time. 💡Yesterday's session was all about turning conversations into conversions — and honestly, every time I teach this, I learn something too.We talked about really understanding your customer, building value that speaks to their heart (not just their wallet), handling objections with grace instead of fear, and closing with the kind of confidence that comes from preparation, not pressure. If you've ever walked away from a sale feeling like you "just didn't close it," this one's for you. Sales is a skill. And skills can be learned. 🙏🏾Which of these do you struggle with most — objections or closing? Tell me below 👇#SalesStrategy #WomenInSales #GraceSalesAchieversKE #MompreneurLife@gracesalesachieversKE by @k_ikie2344

To all sales people Clients can feel your confidence before you even say a word. Here's the mindset shift: you're not begging for a sale, you're offering a real solution. If you truly believe in your offer, asking for the sale is a service, not an imposition. Before your next close — take a breath, remember why this genuinely helps them, then speak clearly and wait for their answer. 💪🏾 by @k_ikie2344

Remember No matter what you do, they'll talk. 🤍Grow your business fast? "She's too ambitious."Keep it small and steady? "She's not serious enough."Charge what you're worth? "She's greedy."Offer a deal? "She's desperate."I've heard it all in 8+ years of sales and coaching. Here's what I've learned: criticism isn't proof you're doing something wrong. Sometimes it's proof you're doing something worth noticing. So here's my advice, mompreneur to mompreneur, founder to founder — do what moves you forward. Build the business that makes you proud. Price it what it's worth. Show up how you want to show up.Their opinion was never the goal. Your peace is.Blessed day. Keep building. 🤍...#WomenInBusiness #SalesCoach #GraceSalesAchieversKE #EntrepreneurMindset #FaithAndBusiness MompreneurLife KenyanBusinessWomen SalesTraining SMEGrowthKenya by @k_ikie2344

You know what I used to be the best-kept secret too. 🤫8+ years in pharma sales. Closing deals. Hitting targets. Mastering my craft. And almost nobody outside my industry knew my name. Then I became a mother — and motherhood has a way of making you ask: what am I actually building, and who is it for? 👶That question is how Grace Sales Achievers KE was born. Here's the truth nobody tells coaches and consultants:Your expertise doesn't speak for itself. *I've sat across from women who could out-sell, out-strategize, and out-work anyone in the room — but stayed invisible because they thought good work would just "get noticed."It doesn't.Visibility is a skill. ✅Selling your value is a skill. ✅And it's teachable. ✅I built my coaching practice to hand women that exact skill set — rapport, needs assessment, presentation, objection handling, closing, and keeping clients coming back. You didn't start your business to stay hidden.📩 Comment "READY" if you're done being the secret....#SalesCoaching #WomenEntrepreneursKE #GraceSalesAchieversKE #MompreneurLife #SMEGrowthKenya KenyanBusinessWomen SalesTraining FaithAndBusiness WomenInSales NairobiEntrepreneurs by @k_ikie2344

A gentle reminder for anyone feeling like they're not making enough progress... ❤️Every effort you make matters. That sales call. That early morning. That late-night planning session. That content you almost didn't post. That client follow-up.It all counts. We often celebrate the big wins, but the truth is those wins are built on hundreds of small, consistent actions that no one sees. This is a founder, sales coach, and working mum, I've learned that consistency isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up, even when motivation is low.Keep planting the seeds.Your harvest is coming.✨ What's one goal you're consistently working toward? Tell me below.Save this post for the days you need a reminder to keep going.#Consistency #SalesCoach #EntrepreneurLife #WorkingMom #BusinessOwner PersonalGrowth KeepGoing GraceSalesAchieversKE by @k_ikie2344

Did you know every time you decide to build something great, your circle shifts. When you make a bold pivot in your career or step fully into entrepreneurship, you quickly realize that your vision isn't public property. Not everyone can see the destination you are driving toward, and that is exactly how it is supposed to be.In my journey of scaling businesses and coaching others to master their sales execution, I’ve watched this exact dynamic play out. The moment you make a move, you encounter four distinct groups of people: 1. The Unconditional Cheerleaders: They believe in your power without hesitation. They ask, "How can I support you?", they show up, and they give you that extra push when the road gets steep.2. The Worried Observers: They love you, but their support is wrapped in anxiety. Because they are afraid you might fall, they meet your ambition with endless questions like, "Are you sure about this?" or "Is now the right time?"3. The Dismissers: They simply cannot see what you see. Because your vision doesn't fit their timeline or their definition of safety, they dismiss it before it even takes its first breath.4. The Spectators: They are quietly waiting on the sidelines, holding onto a ready-made narrative, just waiting for the day they can say, "I knew she would fail."Here is the entrepreneurial truth we have to accept:You cannot let the anxiety of Group 2, the blindness of Group 3, or the anticipation of Group 4 dictate your next move.Building a business, leading a team, or pivoting into a new professional chapter requires a certain level of healthy stubbornness. Your job isn’t to convert the skeptics or calm the worried—your job is to lock arms with the people who ask how they can support you build, and then keep executing. To anyone currently standing on the edge of a major professional leap: Trust the vision you were given. The noise on the sidelines is just background data. Focus on the work.Which group has shown up most frequently in your journey? Let’s talk about it in the comments. 👇#SalesLeadership #Entrepreneurship #GrowthMindset #BusinessStrategy #PersonalBranding #womeninbusiness by @k_ikie2344
