🪷 No Mud, No Lotus 🪷

The way my soul recognized this opportunity before my mind could even make sense of it felt like a quiet knowing—one of those moments that reminds you some things are simply meant to find you.

This journey feels overwhelming, grounding, exciting, terrifying, and completely right—all at the same time. The yin and the yang. The chaos and the calm. The kind of magic that only happens when you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

I truly believe this opportunity found me in divine timing, and I don’t take that for granted. To be trusted with this space, this community, and the chance to guide others is something I carry with so much gratitude. I know how special this is, and I know what a privilege it is to step into a room and hold space for people as they show up for themselves.

My hope is that every person who walks through @yogith0tstudio doors feels seen, supported, empowered, and celebrated EXACTLY AS THEY ARE. That they leave feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, and a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

This is a safe space.

A safe space to take up space.

A safe space to be bold, messy, powerful, vulnerable, and unapologetically yourself.

This trip has opened a pandora’s box to my soul. I’ve never felt more alive & more sure of where I am is EXACTLY where I need to be. I’m just scratching the surface & now I’m ready to dive deep [pun intended]!
I knew I had a comfort & passion for the ocean, but at this point, it’s a lifestyle I don’t plan on switching up anytime soon. This is the first of MANY dives I’ll be doing with these gorgeous creatures; chum it up & throw me in 😍🥰🦈✨ taken in Florida Shark Diving by @k_isforkeely

Coach Keely is coaching her first class with us tomorrow at 12 PM 🤩💪

Keely has had a love for fitness and movement for quite some time, and she’s SO excited to be joining the team! Originally born in England 🇬🇧, she’s called Fort Lauderdale home for most of her life and absolutely loves the community here.

Her background is a mix of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and a whole lot of movement. You’ll probably catch her lifting weights while dancing around the studio like nobody’s watching. 💃🏼

Keely is all about creating a space where you can work hard, have fun, laugh a little, and leave feeling stronger and happier than when you walked in.
She can’t wait to sweat, move, and have some fun with you all! 🤍✨
