The magic of sisterhood is being remembered

You may not have known you needed to be witnessed, held, supported, accepted in only a way a sister can. Human affection and touch is not only supposed to come from your romantic partner or your family members. There is a need that can be filled only from community. When we heal together, we heal the planet.

@drbronner

This is silly, but I’m just saying … I know people who just use their concentrated bronner’s. You know who you are 🧐 🧼 🫧

Ilya wasn’t there to laugh at or join me.

My rule is you have to be completely soaked before coming back in 💧

Ilya and I and yoga

I was so impressed at Ilya’s ability and interest in yoga today after going so long showing no interest in it. He used to have a yoga mat and do a little bit a long time ago. by @k_yochi_

I’m not doing this for likes. I don’t live my life that way.

Who wants to do a park clean up with me at Maides park. It’s a neglected city park of Wilmington. I would like to organize park/nature clean up around town in collaboration with other people or organizations. I have a few interested and planning.

All of Wilmington is not pretty. There are areas that aren’t seen by tourists but are important to locals. This park is close to home geographically and because my kid likes to play/bike here.

Who’s with me?

Yesterday when on the phone with @a_writ94 I walked around and took pictures of some cats. Plus some others

Do you think I should have an instagram about owning the amount of cats I do? And how many do you think I have?? 😜
