It took me about 4 month to learn and perfect how to write a tune with 2 different BPMs. I wrestled back and forth and told myself I wasn’t allowed to move on from this project until it was finished.Jembed opens with a deep, dark atmospheric ambient intro before dropping into a heavy jungle bassline. Getting booked for Respect is one of those moments that reminds you the work is paying off. For decades, Respect has been a cornerstone of the LA drum and bass scene. A legendary institution that has helped shape the culture and showcase some of the biggest names in the game.To be invited to play that stage alongside the ILOVELA family was an absolute honor. Biggest ups to @djapx1 the best mentor a gal could ask for. Massive thank you to everyone who’s supported the journey so far.I still cannot believe I played respect and I’m not even bragging. Sea of BLUUUUEE💙*Go for Jungle hahaMade my Coachella Silent Disco debut🫡 biggest love to my dawg @juicewon and my camp dad @chuckadame When I joined Camping Operations back in 22’, I was just trying to get my foot back into the door production wise after my 3 year Hiatus. I started in Silent Disco ➡️ El Dorado ➡️ Activities. They truly set you up for success. I’ve had nothing but beautiful experience with this team. Camping Ops is my home away from home.But when I joined Camping Ops, I had NO intention to ever have a chance to play anywhere on the festival lineup. Chuck has pushed my ass to really move forward with it. So I did. He had me play the activities tent back in 2024 and the Goldenvoice Staff Party. I wasn’t able to work last year because my mom got really sick and I wouldn’t have forgave myself if something happen while I was gone OR the thought of something happening while I’m there and having to rush out of there scared the shit outta meBut to return this year as a guest/artist to play some fucking JUNGLEEEEEE on the Coachella Silent Disco was theeeee best full circle moment. Can’t wait to see what happens next😈All I gotta say is, surround yourself with people who truly love and believe in you and see how far you go. First Passport at Apocalypse ✔️This is where it all started. The greatest reunion a gal could ask for. Passport will forever be engraved on my heart. Biggest up to the entire Passport family but most of all to @simplychelsss222 and @teamidk . They weren’t even around for this show but still had me in mind✨🥹Brought my girl @novella.dnb for a mini B2B I haven’t seen majority of my friends since I left GCHX, it’s been 2 years. Running into everyone this show made it feel like time never passed.
