Hola!

FOR THE SAKE OF ALL OF US - TOGETHER!!!

Happy to share that alongside EVERYTHING on the go, I’ve been hard at work in studio creating a special, ONE-OF-A-KIND song. Yup another tight beat BANGER! But this time….

To raise awareness and conversation about the HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS a.k.a. HPV

And here’s why:

We can have and spread HPV unknowingly because the virus often shows no visible signs or symptoms; and yet…..about 99 % of Cervical Cancer cases are linked to HPV infection].

So in the midst of figuring out how to craft another Bouga Luv special for this super important topic, you get to see exactly why this awareness matters so much. Even Gail is a co-pilot…. the stakes are that high!

Cancer is something we know too well from family and very close friends and as active lifestyle, “smart choices” family, any opportunity draw attention to the subject is PRECIOUS. And that’s why partnering and supporting this MSD’s drive to increased awareness and talkability at scale needs all the FUEL, REACH and LOUDNESS it can get.

HPV is a shared public health issue, and everyone (women and men) has a role in prevention, awareness, and action. About 8 out of 10 people that are sexually active will get HPV at some point in their lives. It can resolve by itself in most cases.

Visit the MSD website for more information at https://hpvprotected.co.za/

Once we are done and there’s a final announcement it will be your opportunity to go over to Spotify and Apple Music because it’s time to make taking care of our health our daily rhythm. Stay tuned.

Ask your health care provider about HPV and HPV vaccination

My wife and kids: the reason my heart is full, my house is loud, my snacks mysteriously disappear, and my bank account stays humble. 😊

Wouldn’t trade this beautiful chaos for anything. You’re my favourite people, my daily comedy show, and occasionally… my greatest test of patience. 😜

Love you all more than words 🥰 by @kabelomabalane

Thank you, @lerato_mvelase and @powerfm_987 for the kind words, encouragement, and platform.

Moments like these remind me that it’s never really about me. I’m simply a reflection of the love, wisdom, guidance, and opportunities that so many people have poured into my life. I carry that with deep gratitude and humility.

Spoke at @imcconference about something close to my heart: if you want great output, take care of the person producing it. ❤️

I was a little nervous at the beginning — my nerves clearly had their own agenda. 😂 But a few minutes in, I found my rhythm, settled down, and remembered why I was there.

Because behind every KPI, strategy, target and deliverable is a person. And people need care, grace, rest and purpose.

Grateful for the opportunity to share. Good to see @katie_mohamed @thenapstacomedy ❤️

Just arrived at Mosaiek Teatro for @imcconference rehearsals ahead of my keynote tomorrow. Don’t let smile fool you, I’m super nervous.

Walked in and country director of Google was doing his rehearsals. I’m surrounded by heavy hitters. I’m never the smartest one in the room.
