We’re Eric and Kaya, the husband and wife team behind Kabreco Designs.
We design and make wooden accessories and gifts for people who value quality, intention, and thoughtful details. Everything we create is made in Jamaica and approached with care from the first idea to the final finish.
This space is where we share our work, our process, and the pieces we are proud to stand behind.
Welcome again 😊
Start here and please stay awhile.

Be honest, what have you been using to press your plantains all this time?
A mug? A small plate? Your bare hands wrapped in a paper towel?

We made the switch years ago and never looked back. Handcrafted from solid Jamaican hardwood and made right here in our workshop.

What are you using to press your fried green plantains? Tell us in the comments 😊
Send this to someone who desperately needs to retire the glass bowl.

When you build custom woodwork for clients all day, your own house projects always end up on the back burner. We finally tackled side two of our home pantry after staring at it half-finished for months.
Still not totally finished. The wooden countertop is next. Stay tuned to see the final reveal.

Before you see the finished piece, there’s this……
Raw lumber. Measuring. Cutting. Checking. And sometimes going back to the measuring tape one more time.
A little peek into the workshop and the work that happens long before a Kabreco Designs piece makes it to you.
Made right here in Jamaica.

Sun on the water. The cool breeze blowing.
And a room that finally feels quiet.
This is what Jamaican Vibes is for.
Not noise. Not rush.
Just a handmade wooden diffuser , a few drops of oil, and the kind of calm you need.
If your home needs more of this,
you already know what to do.
Comment calm to get yours.

Looking for something thoughtful for the student in your life?
Something they will use every day, but that feels a little more special than the usual school supplies.
This wooden pencil case adds a warm, timeless touch to their school bag. It gives their pencils and pens a beautiful place to call home.
Whether it’s a back to school surprise, a little gift from a friend, or simply something to make them smile.
Sometimes, it’s the little things they carry with them that make the day feel special.
