This 5-move circuit will do more for your summer body than an hour of guesswork on the gym floor.

Efficient. Effective. Repeatable. Save this and try it yourself. #Paradigm #FitnessTips by @kacasad

We’re thrilled to share that the grand opening celebration of our second location—PARADIGM Gym 24hr Highland Park—was a tremendous success! The turnout exceeded all expectations, and we’re incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support from our community.

Over the past six months, my brother Brian and I have poured our hearts into bringing this vision to life. We extend a heartfelt thank you to our general contractor and friend, @ossskezler, for his unwavering patience and dedication throughout the process.

It was truly a special experience to share this milestone with all of you. Your encouragement and support mean the world to us—we wouldn’t be here without you🤍 taken in PARADIGM Gym by @kacasad
