And so began a weekend of spooky delights 😈 Good times getting kooky and celebrating @vinnieelefante ‘s birthday. #halloween2026 #spooktacular #yesididmyownmakeup #partytime #maleficent by @kaceeclanton

What a loss. Sir Patrick Stewart was a gifted actor, yes, but he was also a humanitarian. He didn’t let the violence he witnessed as a boy ruin him; instead, he used his platform to fight for women and against their abusers. He was kind and joyful and brilliant. Rest in peace Sir Patrick. #endofanera #rippatrickstewart @sirpatstew #ripcaptainpicard by @kaceeclanton

Nothing quite like the cool evenings of fall in #nashville and sitting fireside at my girl @thejessiehaines and her love Jen’s new house, talking about life and music and cats and dogs, like we do. #relaxationmode #galpals #friendshipisprecious by @kaceeclanton

Dream come true. Me and @elefantesharon and a couple few thousand others got to spend an evening with one of my all time faves @teddyswims on his stop in #nashville at the @bridgestonearenaofficial on #theuglytour 🙌 What a voice. What a band. Killer background singers. Ridiculously groovy setlist. AMAZING set and lighting design. His background in music theater was at the forefront. And the #vocalcoach in me was marveling at Teddy’s range, control, interpretation, and management of fatigue. I could hear him alternating melodies to make an easier choice here and there, tip toeing around his falsetto to test the waters, and a dozen other things we do when we’re on the road and working hard. He remains IMHO one of the best male vocalists in the industry. What a night! #supportlivemusic #nashvillemusicscene by @kaceeclanton

Celebrating my #cancerfree status with @elefantesharon at @bridgestonearenaofficial 🎀 Waiting for the one and only @teddyswims 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I’m so excited, I’m about to come out of my skin. #breastcancersurvior #nashvillemusicscene #blueeyedsoul #myhappyplace by @kaceeclanton

Still in recovery mode but getting back to the gym. I have missed it soooo much 🏋️‍♂️ Turns out, they weren’t joking when they suggested I ease up on into it. I will endeavor to give myself grace in this matter. Thanks @renee.lomelino for teaching a great class and I’m sorry I thought it was going to be boring. 😂 @franklinfamilyymca #backtothegym #strengthtraining #colormesurprised #breastcancersurvivor #breastcancerrecovery by @kaceeclanton

Monday, October 5, 2026 - the month we all wear pink to elevate #breastcancerawareness - I RANG THE DANG BELL 🙌🏻 Despite some lingering effects of #radiationtherapy I have moved from #breastcancerwarrior to #breastcancersurvivor 🎀 Thank you @vumc_cancer staff (Stephanie, Brian, Jill, Marla, Josh and Jackie) and @eerriinn11 for coming all the way to TN to support me in the final showdown, and @elefantesharon for being there for every major milestone on this journey. I felt loved and heard and supported from beginning to end because of my family and friends. It was a team effort. #octoberisbreastcancerawarenessmonth (featured song for bell ringing was, of course, Hells Bells by AC/DC⚡️) by @kaceeclanton

A little over a year ago, my Mother was diagnosed with #breastcancer and proceeded to kick it in the teeth. 🔥 In May, I was also diagnosed and thus began a journey I will never forget. I seemed to perpetually fall into the tiniest of statistics and, just like me, my cancer was unique and anomalous 😬 So, many painful procedures, two surgeries, weeks of radiation, and more Vanderbilt healthcare professionals than I can count later, I see light at the end of the tunnel. I’m down to my last week of radiation and on October 5 I will be ringing that dang bell 🔔 To say my friends and family have helped save my life is an understatement. My Elks sisters and other local sister friends have cared for me like we are blood, and my parental unit and two besties flew in from LA to look after me each step of the way. I’m beyond #gratefulandblessed 🩷 Alongside my team at Vanderbilt, they’re all my Victory Squad 🩷 So here’s to moving forward into my future FREE OF CANCER 💪 #breastcancerwarrior #breastcancersurvivors #vanderbiltbreastcenter @vumc_cancer by @kaceeclanton

I could spend the rest of my life singing down the entire catalogue of @bonnieraittofficial and I would want for nothing. Her songs have been part of my #coversong repertoire my whole career but this one is one of my favorites and because the original is perfection (with the amazing hands of @herbiehancock on piano, recorded live in two takes!), I’ve never sung it live. Maybe that will change someday. For now, I sing it only for myself and hold its relevance “where it’s deep down inside of me…” #singersofnashville #bonnieraittcover #bluessinger #iaintgonnaletyoubreakmyheartagain by @kaceeclanton
