OH MY GOODNESS—I’m a  mixologist  GENIUS 😏☀️
.
Juuuust kidding, but for real—this drink was ꪖꪑꪖƺ꠸ꪀᧁ. SO SO FRESH!!! I took a base recipe of watermelon, lime juice + mint, and made it my own!
.
Blend upppp:
 - Watermelon
 - Pineapple
 - The freshest of fresh mint!
 - A large splash of coconut sugar-free water
 - A smaller splash of spritzer water
 - Lots of iceeee
 - Oh, and a few oranges 🍊
.
… and vualá!!! ✨
.
(I will say, I tried one batch with rose wine and it wasn’t bad—but the real stuff that was all completely refined sugar free, so wine-free, was WAYYYY better.)

PS—it’s still hot hot hot in Redding, so I just might try this again today! 🌴 taken in Redding, California by @kaceeskitchen

I’ve been LOVING putting olive oil in my hair post lap-swim these days. 🫒☀️☀️
.
Sometimes I’ll leave it in for literally hours… 5+, but mostly I’ve been doing it for just five, intentional minutes while in the shower, massaging into my scalp and hair. I prefer this method because my hair is still silky and noticeably moist with the the ability to let the cali sun air-dry it afterwards. It’s been a game-changer.
.
.
.
PS—I also massage it into my face too. Why? For those intentional five minutes of hair-moisture… why not also moisturize my face!? (+ turns out olive oil is one of the few oils that doesn’t clog your pores… so that’s cool. Learning lots these days. 🤓) taken in Shasta Family YMCA by @kaceeskitchen

Ooooe qué bueno, no!? 🙃
.
I made this eons ago and never got the chance to post. After finding the recipe, I ended up using it as a base and from there I created as I went. The end result was... OMG the flavors were outstanding, and how it made me feel was even better! Because it was so fresh and light, I felt both those things after eating—fresh and light :) ✨

WHIPPED UP this yummy salad in minutes!
.
Everything here are leftovers from last-night’s birthday dinner (HBD… to me 🥳✨). From the leafy greens to the rice all the way to the salmon! I did add fresh avocado, but that’s it. With a dab of your healthy go-to dressing, this light lunch was perfect before my big afternoon; I needed something healthy to fuel me right! 🤗 taken in Redding, California by @kaceeskitchen

᥇ꪖ𝕜ꫀᦔ ρꪖꪀᥴꪖ𝕜ꫀડ!!? 🙃🥞 ꪗꫀડ, ρꪶꫀꪖડꫀ!
.
Top of the morning to ya, & HAPPY SATURDAY. ☀️ If you haven’t made breakfast plans yet... make these!!! You’ve got two recipes—Pumpkin + Buckwheat; see below!
.
.
.
PUMPKIN INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup almond butter
* 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
* 2 whole eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon honey , or stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat your oven to 350F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
* Combine all of the ingredients and mix until a smooth
* Scoop the batter on the parchment-lined baking sheet, forming about 4 pancakes per baking sheet
* Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the pancakes are fluffy and golden
//
BUCKWHEAT INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (store-bought or ground groats)
* 2 very ripe bananas , about 3/4 cup mashed
* 2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil
* 2 tablespoons water
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat the oven to 350ºF
* Mash the bananas (a few lumps are okay), then add in the ground buckwheat flour, oil, water, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, and vinegar. Stir well to create a fairly uniform batter. It will be slightly thicker than traditional pancake batter, not quite as runny!
* To bake the pancakes, scoop the batter, creating about 6 evenly sized mounds on a large lined baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon to spread the pancakes out, creating pancakes that are roughly 5- or 6-inches in diameter, and about 1/4-inch thick. Bake until the centers are firm, about 15 minutes at 350ºF.
* Enjoy!

***ⅈꪀᧁ𝕣ꫀᦔⅈꫀꪀ𝕥ડ***
* 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut flour
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
* 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2 whole eggs
* 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
***ⅈꪀડ𝕥𝕣ꪊᥴ𝕥ⅈꪮꪀડ***
* Preheat your oven to 350F
* In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, oil, maple syrup, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and eggs until a uniform batter is created. The batter will start off a bit runny, but will thicken as the coconut flour starts to absorb the moisture. Add in the chocolate chips, and stir to distribute them evenly
* Use a heaping tablespoon to drop the cookie dough onto the lined baking sheet, and use your hands to flatten the cookies. Keep in mind these cookies will NOT spread on their own, so you'll want to shape them
* Bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
