POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Fort Worth lost a true legend yesterday, the Grand Dame of Fort Worth real estate. The world needs more Mary Margarets and I am reinspired to be more like her.
She was a great agent, not only for her clients, but for any agent she connected with, she was their biggest advocate. She never tired of offering her time, wisdom, expertise, encouragement, sage advice, or just a listening ear. She was always trying to bring people into the fold. In the photo above, she invited me as her guest to the annual GFWAR (Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors) luncheon, for no other reason than she just wanted to include me.
She also didn’t hesitate to make business personal, which is a delicate balance in this industry. Once, during the course of a transaction she and I worked on together, she learned that we were dedicating my daughter at church, and she was front and center that Sunday.
I am comforted knowing that Mary Margaret knew Jesus and that she is pain and cancer free in His arms. ✝️ taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @kacistrawn

One of the best parts of my job is sharing local spots with clients who are new to town. So with quality control in mind, these are the places I’ve visited and revisited recently so I can recommend with confidence 🤠 grossly underrepresented: the stockyards which I love to walk around but not when it’s 111 outside ☀️ also the video is @southsidepreservation which oozes charm and on this night featured the fabulous @tippsandobermiller taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @kacistrawn

This beautifully updated home in coveted Ridgmar offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a flex space in 2,605 sq ft. The spacious back yard with large shade tree and fire pit area is over a third of an acre and perfect for pets and entertaining. Conveniently located in a cozy neighborhood while being close to I-30 for a quick commute, and close to shopping and restaurants. Come see it! 🙋🏼‍♀️

💫 apparently bump pics are trending and, fittingly, this week marks 10 years at @burt.ladner.real.estate—I still laugh at how pregnant I was in my interview with @lauraladner_ and @st.burt and they still decided to bring me on. I’m incredibly grateful for this career and my clients who make it so fulfilling. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you make these big decisions for your families and life goals. The sense of community among agents at Burt Ladner and all across Fort Worth makes this feel like less like a job and more like a family. 🥹 ps my hair looks the exact same.
