No filters. No pump. No steroids. No angles. No excuses.

This is not for the purpose of looking cool, bragging or trying to rub it in anyone's face. The internet and most people you meet in the fitness space are liars and usually completely full of shit. Everyone is showing their best moments and trying to be something they're not. As I am getting older and wiser I am realizing some people are out there just like me. They have just come a long way and only want others to figure out what I have. I am not perfect and there are many others much more accomplished in their journey. I am also so behind the learning curve in so many parts of life. I just so happened to figure out how to truly be healthy, mentally and physically. That seems so foreign these days. I don't know why I am making this post at 5:50 am but I just feel like I need to. Just always remember you are NOT in competition with anyone but that little bitch inside you telling you "I'll do it tomorrow".

We are all human beings. We are on the same team. This thing we call life is difficult but I am learning that life is much less difficult when we talk to one another,
