Excerpts from our talk hosted by @newacropolismumbai

‘Kalari - A Battle Within’

This was brought together by the incredible @axelled06 🤗

It was an interactive session starting with a demonstration, then a talk about the Kalaripayatt, its history, geography, mythology, structure and connections with Indic Knowledge Systems through the lens of my journey.

I was lucky to be joined by the amazing @dhyanam.kalari for the support and performance 🌺

Standing tall with me, my brother @inkbrushnme, my strength, sword and shield. ❤️

I personally am grateful to Zarina Screwala from New Acropolis, Mumbai and her incredible team for bringing this together and inviting me. Nupur, Krutika and Vasantji, all your little contributions won my heart, very grateful 🌸 taken in Mumbai - मुंबई by @kadambavan
