What a trip! Many of you don’t know that in addition to helping women who are menopausal mompreneurs reclaim their health, voice and purpose, and grow their AI powered business,with @awebofwellness — for the last 6 months I am what’s called a Success Advisor for one of @incmagazine 500’s fastest growing companies and best place to work- Adwizar, that has the @spectacularacademy and other programs.

It has been an incredibly transformative experience with my mentor and leader @iamspectacular and his better half 🌟 Jamee Desouza. @prettyjamee.

When I say it has been an eye-opener, 😳I have been able to use my counseling skills, as well as all of the intuitive gifts that I’ve been given in my life to guide Entrepreneurs to become Millionaires with Impact.

It is wonderful to be a part of such an incredible family of innovators. 💙🌟

One month ago, I had the privilege of attending the Chopra Well Within Retreat. I didn’t realize how much inner-work would occur. I experienced some dark fears as well as some blissful joys while interacting and observing myself and others. I was able to fully surrender to the process of shedding barriers I had created early in my life to keep me alive. I thought I was blocking others from hurting me by cutting myself off from my emotions when I engaged with others. I thought I was acting appropriately when I would back away or deflect with humor. I thought I had escaped the uncomfortable sensations when I denied myself the right to feel the range of emotions moving through my body. Little did I know that those feelings would embed themselves in my muscles, my joints, my organs , my mind and my spirit—that those impacted emotions, feelings, led to stiffness, pain, inflammation, anxiety, depression, rage and many times unexplainable tears. I am grateful for the joy and release that occurred after passing through the valleys, the cavernous spaces and the impacted passage ways in my body and mind, through the yoga, walks, meals and dancing that weekend. I noticed that my breath—the one that moved my leg and arm while I danced; the one what moved the word “Hello” out of my mouth; the one that illuminated my inner vision; that one. That breath is my friend, my ticket to you, to me, to the crumbling of the barriers, the opening of my heart, the sound of my laughter, and the creasing in the corner of my smile as I hugged those around me. The breath of life. One month ago, I began to breathe again in ways that I hadn’t felt in years. One month ago began a new journey for me as I embark on becoming a certified Chopra Health Teacher, one breath at a time. Miles’ 8th Grade Culmination. After 5 years of homeschooling, Speech Therapy, OT, PT, he ended up in Honors, with 5A’s and 1 B. He received the 8th grade Individual Exceptional Award, 1 of 15 students, out of 700 8th graders, Miles also received the President’s Education Award, Department Recognition in Art and PE. Miles enjoyed and became the High Jump and Long Jump Champion in his League. We are so proud of Miles. Here’s to High School, and many more years of just doing his best. We love you Miles Musa Wang.
