METAMORPHOSIS // Premiering October 23rd at Dome Vancouver @domevancouver “Metamorphosis is an immersive dome film and live dance experience following a being through a surreal transformation. It begins beneath the surface, in a dreamlike underwater world. As imagery surrounds you in 360°, the figure on screen emerges in the room, bringing her journey of awakening, unraveling, and rebirth into your space. Intimate and visceral, Metamorphosis brings dance beyond the stage, an invitation to experience the beauty and strangeness of becoming something new. 📍 Dome Vancouver 🎟️Tickets via link in bio or at domevancouver.com” Slides 1 & 5, photos by @somedayscreativestudio ——— Created & Directed By Stefanie Noll Executive Producer Tobias Chen Production Company Volumetric Camera Systems Inc Starring Alyssa Allen Choreography Stefanie Noll Editing, VFX, Color, & Compositing Kael Alden Additional Editing Derrick Belcham Adam Cosco Luca Frenzi Composer & Sound Design Marcus Foster Mixed By Dimitrios Hatzisavas Post-Production Producer Caitlyn Santos Post-Production Support Romain Donnot Production & Technical Support Scott Aadland Part I // Underwater: Director of Photography Braden Haggerty Underwater Camera Operator Connor Lucas Lighting Caragh Fitzsimmons Grip Assistant Kim MacNaughton Underwater Talent Coach Roberta Cenedese Costume Design Thalia McIntosh Part II // Synthetic Birth: Director of Photography Devin Karrington First Assistant Camera Viktor Wallmark Motion Control Operator Sam Weir Special Effects Grace Chuka Costume Design Victoria Stephenson Production Assistant Shazmin Hussein Volumetric Camera Systems Inc © 2026 by @kael_alden

Just some old #blender experiments from back when I was first learning about physics models and caustics. by @kael_alden
Last week at #domefestwest still feels like a dream within a dream! Experiencing incredible films like "Resolution: A Cinephonic Rhapsody for the Soul" and "Qualia" and "Astronomica" and more, in the presence of their brilliant creators and production teams was quite a treat! And to top it all off, winning Best Musical Feature Film was the honor of a lifetime! Cheers to everyone at Dome Fest West who welcomed me into the fulldome cinema community with open arms and open hearts. by @kael_alden
From musician to self-taught 3D animator — all because of a cloudy lunar eclipse 🌙✨ When Kael Alden moved to Salt Lake City to focus on his music career, he had zero plans to spend the next four years mastering 3D modeling and animation. But inspiration doesn't wait for permission. What started as a vision during that eclipse turned into an all-consuming creative journey. Late nights. Endless tutorials. A refusal to compromise. And now? A fully realized dome experience that pairs psychedelic synth soul with visuals that swallow you whole. Space and Time isn't just a show. It's proof that obsession, dedication, and a one-person operation can compete with the biggest productions out there. This is what happens when an artist refuses to let go of a vision 🎶🔮 Witness the culmination of four years of creative fire at the Laser Light Spectacular on April 25 at 8:30 PM MT. Introducing HeadSpace Tape Effects! Two plugins in one: Side A is rich tape tones with full control of the warble curves, saturation, and noise. Side B is spaced-out tape echoes paired with the most unique and retro spring reverbs imaginable. Give your tracks some HeadSpace! No AI was used to make this post. The sounds were created with the #arturia MS-20v and an Ensoniq ESQ-1 synths running through HeadSpace. No other audio effects were used (aside from Logic's default EQ and mix tools). I created the visuals with Blender and Davinci Resolve. by @kael_alden
🌀 Ready to lose yourself in sound and space? Kael Alden's "Space and Time" is a psychedelic-synth-soul journey that turns the dome into a portal. Picture this: soulful analog synths, kaleidoscopic cosmic visuals, and four years of artistic vision colliding in one immersive experience. After wowing audiences at Clark Planetarium's "Clark After Dark," this entrancing audio-visual trip joins our Laser Light Spectacular block at DFW 2026. It's the kind of night that resonates outward and inward all at once. ✨ April 25, 2026 | 8:30 PM MT Plan your after-hours dome night: tap the link in bio for screening details, then save this post so you don't miss "Space and Time" at Dome Fest West 2026. https://www.domefestwest.com/dfw2026-official-selections/kael-alden-%22space-and-time%22 by @kael_alden

Your after-hours dome experience just got an upgrade 🌌🎶 Space and Time by Kael Alden is the kind of immersive show that reminds you why planetariums exist—not just to educate, but to transport. Psychedelic synth melodies meet cosmic visuals in a full-sensory journey that bridges music, art, and the dome medium itself. This is what happens when a musician refuses to let technical barriers get in the way of a vision. Four years in the making. One unforgettable screening. And it's all happening at DFW 2026. Whether you're a fulldome fanatic or just love a good transformative vibe, this one's for you. Mark your calendar, bring your people, and prepare to feel it in your body. ✨ April 25, 2026 | 8:30 PM MT | Laser Light Spectacular block 🎟️ Festival passes available in bio. #DomeFestWest #DFW2026 #KaelAlden #SpaceAndTime #FulldomeFilm #ImmersiveArt #LaserShow #PlanetariumCulture #SynthSoul #DomeExperience #ArtisticVision #FulldomeProduction #ImmersiveStorytelling #TransformativeMedia #DomeScreening #MusicInTheDome #PsychedelicExperience #FulldomeFest #CreatorDriven #CosmicArt by @kael_alden
