We Are Jackie Robinson!

Leading the charge in honoring Jackie Robinson through the “We Are Jackie” campaign was a reminder that his courage shaped far more than baseball, it shaped what’s possible. I’m grateful to have shown up for the man who made space for me, and even more driven to keep building work that carries his legacy forward! #WeAreJackie🤞🏾💙 by @kaelan_aj

1 of 10. Fully funded. 🦁🌍

When you grow up never seeing yourself in certain rooms, you stop imagining yourself there. But this scholarship isn’t just about me sitting at that table, it’s about opening the door for the next person who looks like me and feels like it’s not possible.

To the @cannes_lions Academy: Thank you for this opportunity. I’m coming with gratitude, hunger, and genuine excitement to show what’s possible.

To anyone watching: Your dreams don’t have an expiration date, and your background isn’t a limitation; it’s your competitive advantage. Dream bigger than your circumstances.

Next week in Cannes, I’m not just leveling up. I’m paving a path. God is so good🙏🏾🇫🇷 taken in Cannes, France by @kaelan_aj

Moving w/ Gratitude pt. 5 ~ The Film.

In recognition of me being named to the @sportsbusinessjournal ‘24 New Voices Under 30 List, I wanted to provide a visual explanation of the importance of moving with gratitude to help others recognize how a mindset of thankfulness can transform challenges into opportunities. I believe that gratitude acts as a guiding force, enabling us to stay grounded and focused on growth as we navigate life’s journey. Through this message, I hope to inspire those seeking motivation, and show you that gratitude can be the key to perseverance and personal fulfillment.

I can’t thank @jj__smoove & @perspective.creations enough for bringing the vision and the message to life with such creativity and passion. As somebody who has been a key part of this journey thus far, that is what makes this piece of work even more special.

Also, s/o to twin for the creative direction and for pushing me to be better each day! Appreciate you all for love throughout my journey thus far!📈🤞🏾 by @kaelan_aj

Following your passion transforms your dreams into purpose!

It was an unbelievable experience hosting the 2nd annual MLB Black: Future Leaders event at the @mlb Commissioner’s Office in NYC!

What gets me out of bed in the morning, is knowing that the work that I am blessed to do each day has the power to genuinely inspire others to be the best version of themselves. That is something that I will always be grateful for, because I know that’s what truly keeps me going.

I can’t thank these folks enough for investing their love, energy, and full support into making this event come to life and I look forward to making an even bigger impact in the near future🙏🏾:
