Stock Turbo G8X on pump gas @ 3,000+ ft elevation with a 6,500 DA. At this elevation, the stock turbos are working overtime, compressing every bit of air available and doing everything they can to maintain airflow and power in the thinner air. Altitude doesn’t make the turbos job any easier. 💨 #G8X #S58 #StockTurbo #KaganTuned #IKnowATuner Shop: @harmonixxtuning Tuning platform: @mhd.tuning by @kagantuned
This nicely built G80 by @cornonthecobbwrx with a @klmrace 6870 turbo kit making some good jam on the @mainlinedyno over at @track_out_performance. Car made on the daily map 905whp in the mid 30s psi range without sweating. Customer wanted to see what Map 2 puts down and made over 1010whp on the 1st hit at 40psi. Thank you @cornonthecobbwrx for going through the car to make sure everything is 100% proper and ready to go. @dasrennshift for the awesome dyno video 😊 Tuning Platform: @mhd.tuning Turbo Kit: @klmrace PI & fueling @viscontituning #IKnowATuner @KaganTuned #BMW #g80m3 #s58 by @kagantuned
100 (yes, ONE HUNDRED) X58s. What a journey it has been 🔥 100th X58 Tuned by Harmonixx Tuning — Pan India 🇮🇳 That includes the 740Li, X3/X5 M40i, G29 Z4, G20 M340i, G82 M4 and the G87 M2. What started as a fairly new platform to us back in 2021, has now turned into one of the biggest achievements of what we've done since Harmonixx Tuning started in 2017. Over the last 5 years, we've spent countless hours testing, logging, calibrating & refining our Hardware & Software for the X58 platform. From humble beginnings of Stock to Stage 1 & Stage 2 builds. To fully built Stock Motor High-Power Setups on Hybrid & Full Frame Top Mount Turbos, we've done it all. We've worked through different fuels, hardware combinations, generations, conditions and power levels — learning something from every single car that came through our doors. To every customer who trusted us with their X58 — A BIG THANK YOU! Here's to the first 100. We hope the next 100 are going to be even crazier 😍 Harmonixx Tuning — Home to the Fastest & Most Reliable X58 builds in India. Built with Passion. Dyno Tested, Dragy Tested. And Backed by unrefutable DATA. #HarmonixxTuning #X58 #B58 #S58 #DynoTuning #ECUTuning #MadeInIndia by @kagantuned

Most people only see the final Dyno numbers. What they don't see is everything that happens between the first pull and the final result. Stock Turbo Development ✅ Pure800 Development ✅ Pure900 Development ✅ Pump Fuel - 95 RON E20 ✅ Pump Fuel 91 Octane ✅ Pump Fuel 93 Octane ✅ Pump Fuel - 100 RON E0 ✅ Ethanol blends - E30-E50 ✅ Flex Fuel Calibrations - E0-E85 ✅ Every combination tested, refined, validated, and tested again. While many focus on chasing social media numbers, we've spent years building a library of data that allows us to deliver calibrations that are not only FAST, but REPEATABLE, RELIABLE and PROVEN. The chart you're looking at isn't just horsepower. It's the result of hundreds of hours of testing... It's the result of hundreds of hours of testing, countless datalogs, multiple turbo configurations, fuel combinations, track testing and real-world validation. From 420 HP on pump gas to 500 HP on E50 with the stock turbo, and now over 670 HP with the Pure800 package, every horsepower gained has been backed by research, development and validation. Now a Pure 800 can easily make more power however this car is on a stock transmission and it is best to keep the torque in check so that 6th gear is usable. Only three pulls on pump gas and two on E71 were needed to finalize the calibration. When it comes to B58/S58 development, every calibration we build is backed by extensive R&D to deliver a powerband that is not only powerful, but reliable and repeatable. G82 M4 on the mainline this week. Car has been Street tuned for about a year now and just hopped on the dyno see the power it's making with the stock motor stock trans. Looks like it's doing good keeping the torque low and the low and mid-range and ramping up the power on the top end keeping everything 100% happy and no transmission slipping. #IKnowATuner #BMW #flexfuel #S58 by @kagantuned
Took Ninja out to try my base map for @kagantuned and one rev later we got this in stock turbos/trans/motor full weight.
