25 feels like a good moment to properly introduce myself 🤍

My name is Kate. I’m originally from a small town in Russia, and now I’m based in Melbourne, Australia. And I couldn’t be happier to be here.

As a teenager, I used to dream about visiting Australia, but I never imagined I’d actually be living here one day.

I work with children. Something that has taught me a lot about people, emotions and how we grow. At the same time, I create content here. What started as something personal has slowly become a space where I can express myself and share my life.

I love slow mornings, long walks, training, filming little moments and turning them into something meaningful.

Over the past year, I’ve learned that being alone ≠ being lonely. I genuinely enjoy my own company. I’m choosing more freedom, more calm and more honesty with myself.

And that’s what I want to reflect on this page.

I don’t have everything figured out, but I feel more like myself than ever before ✨ taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @kagodis

Looking back I realise that I stopped searching for stability outside of myself and learned how to build it from within. And maybe that’s what true integration means to me. Everyone is responsible for their own journey. I hope yours is beautiful and strong 🤍
