This event requires a huge amount of energy. You start from speed zero and have to take off as quickly as possible, pump efficiently, and stay high on the mast to maximize efficiency.

So happy to share my passion with my doggie best friend GOJO 🐶🩵

I chose a foil that wasn’t too small (130 HA, 820cm² @liftfoils ) to stay stable above the water, avoid crashes, minimize pumping, and maximize glide.
The bumps were perfect, allowing me to link glides effortlessly and enjoy the view with my little dog by my side 🌊 taken in French Polynesia by @kahiboost
