Cheers to last Friday evening when we kicked off Labor Day weekend in {Sold Out🀩} SUPY style with beautiful weather and an amazing & adventurous crew! πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰ It was a relaxing, joyous evening enjoying connection with nature & community and we are SO grateful for the wonderful experience, time well spent w/ everyone & these memories! β˜€οΈπŸŒŠπŸ„β€β™€οΈπŸ˜ŽπŸ„πŸ©΅πŸŒ…πŸ‘ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all those that came out & adventured with us! We had a blast & it was a joy to see everyones smiling faces and witness the spirit of adventure amongst you. You paddled strong through windy conditions, flowed & balanced through a yoga sequence on the paddle boards (which is not easy!), quieted the mind through movement & Savasana in the serene marshlands of WB, played and tried new things, including some of you hanging out upside down on your board, and everyone made it back safely! It was a win-win and we hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. πŸ₯° Thank you to @commongroundclasses for setting up the event & registration, @phillipkahn for organizing & leading us through a yummy yoga flow & thanks to @wrightsvillesup for making this event possible & so smooth πŸŒŠπŸ„πŸŒ…πŸ™πŸ€— Also want to acknowledge & thank our spouses @kahnaroo @parkjumper_nc for all the support to help make this class run smoothly & helping keep everyone safe!
