In just 4 days, I will be graduating with my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. First, I would like to give thanks to God for giving me the strength and blessing me with the opportunity to attend college. I also want to thank my family and friends for their constant support throughout my journey. And most importantly, I want to thank my mom for always playing both roles and holding it down—I love you. Over the past four years, college has taught me perseverance and resilience. The last two years, in particular, were challenging due to my commute, balancing work, academics, and research. But through it all, I stayed committed, and by the grace of God, I was able to manage it and reach this milestone. And now we here. From late nights to early mornings, from stress to growth it was all worth it. Every sacrifice paid off, and I wouldn’t change the journey at all. This is bigger than me… and this is only the beginning. Onto the next chapter.👩🏽‍🎓 taken in North Carolina A&T State University by @kaiades
