I think we could all use this reminder right now🧡
The other day at work a gentleman told me I have a great smile & it’s good that I have a great attitude. He said so many people wear their emotions and so they do not come off as friendly. Being in the hospitality industry, I used to always mirror the way people treated me. In the long run, it didn’t make me feel better and I was causing my work environment to become negative. Over time, I learned that staying in a good mood, not letting people dictate my emotions, and to k*ll them with kindness has made me feel so much better.
It’s not fair that people are rude for no reason but if you treat them better than they did to you, just maybe.. they’ll be nicer the next time around & you won’t have anger in your heart🧡

Fuel your body in the morning, no matter what. 🤍

You don’t need to have a full spread for breakfast, just something nourishing, nutrient dense, and satisfying enough to carry you through until lunch.
That’s why smoothies are one of my go-tos. You can pack in so many nourishing ingredients that you might not normally consume throughout the day.
For this one, I added blueberries, banana, egg yolk, Perel lactoferrin + collagen powder, and milk. 🫐🍌🥛

I’m learning that there truly is a season for everything.🍂
Some seasons are bright, some are dark, but through it all, God remains the same.
I’m learning to lean on Him through every season; to trust His timing, rest in His unwavering peace, receive His unconditional love, and seek His wisdom.
He keeps me grounded, focused, and reminded of the great I AM. 🤍

If we slowed down enough to truly live in each moment, I think we would realize just how precious they are.
Savor the time you have with the people you love.
Enjoy the ordinary days with your parents.
Take the vacation days, even if you spend them resting at home.

I love the way God weaves symbolism throughout Scripture. There is so much beauty and meaning hidden in the things He created, and I want to keep learning about them. There is something so beautiful about realizing that even the ordinary things around us can point us back to God.🕊️
