I am born again!

I am so grateful for how much Jesus has affected my life. In my darkest times where I was lost, I thought the Lord was angry at me but little did I know he was waiting for me with open arms. I am beyond blessed for the mistakes I made and the journey I have endured. I could have only overcame it with Jesus. I want to thank all my family and friends who have been with me through my path to Christ. I am beyond blessed with the community surrounding me and the loved ones that I have. All Glory to God✝️

A very bittersweet post that I’ve been putting off for a while. It’s taken me some time to gather my thoughts…

From the time I was first dropped off at wrestling practice, I immediately fell in love. I always have envisioned myself as a state champion ever since I started wrestling but didn’t get the ending I had worked for. I’m not sorry to those who I have “failed”, because I truly gave it my all and have pushed myself for years to obtain that goal. I am sorry to the man in the mirror, who I see everyday. I am still beyond grateful for this sport, it has taught me lessons that I can apply in my life everyday. Thank you wrestling for making me the man I am today. Thank you to my coaches, teammates, family, community and most importantly God for supporting me always and allowing me to glorify him by doing what I love. I’ve enjoyed the memories this sport has given me and wrestling will always have a special place in my heart.
