Year 1. I will be ferocious, I will be disciplined, and I will remain humble to god and all of those who have lifted me in this life. This incredible year was possible thanks to the love and support of my family, coach, and new found brothers. I couldnt have grown and competed if it werent for these amazing people in my life, my gratitude and love for all of them knows no bounds. This year was an incredible teacher, with not every lesson being easy to learn. The knowledge and experience I gathered this year, physically, mentally, and spiritually, will take me to new heights in my life. Let gratitude lead the way as we chase the dream by @kaie526

Thank you to the University of Arizona and their amazing coaches for giving me this opportunity. I can’t wait to start training with them and give the team my all. This has been years in the making, and I still remember celebrating the little victories as a kid. When I was happy, I just did a lap around the block or set a new side of the house to the other PB. From that point to now, I have been tested, uplifted, destroyed, and supported, and I am grateful for every experience. Thank you to my Mother and Father for giving me life, love, and the support I needed to be here. Thank you to my coach for giving me the framework of my training, but even more importantly, thank you for your persevering dedication, which has changed the lives of many young athletes, including me. Thank you to my friends for your encouragement and good times. Thank you to the rest of my family for your love. Thank you, Sarai, for always believing in me and being there for me. And thank you to Mary Espinosa for fueling my inner fire; you taught me strength like no other. Thank you, Lord, for everything. That marks the end of the beginning. This was truly an incredible season and I’m so grateful for every person who supported me. I thank God for allowing me to train every day pursuing my passion. Thank you to the mountain view boys Daniel Judd, @rustinjamespalmer @mvt_track @ryandavidlish, and tylerdavids6633 for supporting me this season and being awesome competition and friends. Thank you @brysonmnielsen for pushing me at open state, I can’t wait to start training with you at UOA 🐻. Thank you, Mom, Dad, and family for being the base of my support. Thank you @mindoverlegs for coaching me all these years. And thank you @sarai_chvz @xr_basic @s.riggs.1 @dpreese1230 for running with me all these years and motivating me. And thank you @apinmotion for the awesome edit as always. There are plenty of other people who supported me from teachers and friends to more family, and I can’t even begin to mention everyone but you know who you are and I couldn’t be more grateful for you. I had a lot of hard moments this season, a lot of pain. But with that pain, I was made stronger in body and spirit. The work is not done and I’m ready to work harder than ever at UOA. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MA!!! I just wanna say how much I appreciate you and all you do in my life. I know i'm not easy to raise between the amount I eat and the trouble I get into but you have done an amazing job and I can't begin to express how grateful I am for you and all you do. It's you who drives me everyday to be my best self, it's you who's always supporting me in my best and worst moments, and it's you who's the best mama ever! @matt__hamilt0n wins the Div 1 Northeast boys sectional in 15:57.80 with a dominant kick to win in fashion! @kaie526 follows in 15:59.00, third was @tyler.mathews_xc_tf in 15:59.00, and @crewey_bear taking fourth in 16:01.80. Will one of these men take the Division one state title this Saturday? taken in Arizona by @kaie526

@kaie526 wins the varsity men’s race at Glendale Showcase in 16:01 for the 5k distance. @the_glenn_t follows in second with 16:03, and then @wyattpickering and @brayden_levander in 16:12 and 16:13 respectively. by @kaie526

AMAZING YEAR FOR ATHLETICS! Thank you to the entire track and field, wrestling, and cross country teams. I am so grateful to have such amazing teammates and coaches. I know your reading this coach Beaty, thank you for everything you've done in my life. You have no idea how much you mean to me, thank you for all your training. Same goes for master Dixon, thank you for shaping the person I've become I'm so grateful for the both of you and all my teammates! And all the rest of my coaches! Next year we go for some big titles!
