I rarely do stand alone posts, but I felt as if this moment deserved it.

I’m always asking myself what all of the efforts I put in are for: why do I go the extra step, or learn/ reinvent the next skill. To push creativity and individuality?

There are very few moments I can count where I genuinely experienced the emotions I felt this day, a sense the tranquility and clarity for the hours of misunderstood uses of my time.

This moment I shared with these kids, the joy on their faces seeing new skills, experiencing new ways of playing a game, and seeing emotions which I had once shared as a child, which have neared the brink of extinction from my mind as I’ve grown with this sport, gave me a new light.

Moments like these are what remind me what it is all about. It was never about me. taken in Seoul, South Korea by @kaigalia
