GOOD NEWS. 🥹🤍 After the scariest week with Chleo, emergency cardiologist appointments, and the most incredible vets, we finally got some news!! The fluid around her heart is gone. 🥹 This is such a huge step in the right direction and such an important part of her recovery.

For those who missed the first update, Chleo suffered a tear in her heart and was found unable to stand or walk, completely lethargic. This is a complication with her progressing heart issues and MVD. It was terrifying, and we’ve been taking things one day at a time ever since.

She’s still on very strict rest with no exercise and as little stress as possible while her heart continues to heal. Thank you to everyone who has checked in, sent messages, shared advice, and kept her in your thoughts. It has meant more to us than you know. We’re so, so grateful this little girl is SO LOVED. 🤍 by @kailinchase
