Still cannot believe this happened… I was blessed with the opportunity to dance for Ciara, Busta Rhymes and Missy Elliot - artists I grew up listening and dancing to all the time …

Thank you so much @nickdemoura and @tuckerbarkley for trusting me again to be apart of something special and spectacular. This was a dream! It is such a pleasure getting to learn and work with you both, and those that were brought in to help, always inspired by you two!

where to begin… the VMA experience was something spectacular 💎

extremely blessed & grateful to have been given the opportunity to perform with the amazing @sabrinacarpenter - alongside these exceptional and talented dancers (some of these kats have been inspiring me since I was young young, watching some of em on MTV 🫨 then I got to perform on MTV, and with em too?! crazy how full circle life can be….) every person involved was absolutely wonderful, so so grateful for this experience with all yall ✨

@mssjb you created magic frfr!! 🚀🌕 I thank you dearly for trusting me to be apart of your vision. This meant so much to me, I truly can’t thank you enough 🫶🏽🤍 we killed this shit 🔥🔥🔥

I am deeply humbled and grateful to have been given the opportunity to work as both a stand-in artist for @lilbaby and dancer for @iambeckyg in their performance with @big_flowdan opening for the @tysonfury @francisngannou boxing event.. honoured to be dancing alongside dear close friends, some long-time inspirations of mine and some of the most talented and genuine artists … and to travel and experience Saudi Arabia!. Everyone in the show did absolutely amazing and I am so lucky to have experienced it all with you. 🖤

Thank you so much to everyone involved in this project. So many memorable moments experienced, deep laughs and deep bonds and friendships created.

Before flying out to Saudi, I received a call from my mother that my grandfather passed away, he had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Before he passed, he told me to give my all on stage in Saudi for him. this is for you grandpa🤍

the homies hit me wanting to train and learn some choreo while I was back in Utah. we put in some work! We ran drills and technique for a couple, and then hopped in some choreo. I’ve taught this joint twice before, wanted to run it back and have some fun with it. We worked some challenges within the choreo to give different approaches and to expand outside of ourselves. This was our final run 💎 What a beautiful time with the brothas! I appreciate yall getting down with me and gettin in that work 💪🏾

the crew @s0l.tribe started throwin together a performance night every first Sunday of the month! what a lovely experience watching everyone tap into themselves and their vulnerability! 💎 was just gon watch, then decided to do it, then changed my song to a fav jazz track right beforehand lol. it felt amazing to just let go, reminded me of old soul session days in Utah 🤍

I remember chattin with @jamesgattone after class about runnin this group. We mentioned how it felt like an energy charge was building around us, challengin us to push even further, and to feed off that energy. We learned and felt so much from this moment. Always a pleasure dancin with and learning from my peers and friends 🤞🏽 dancin on stage n in class with Geo over the past year has been a blessin and taught me so much 🙏🏾💎 by @kaisoncotton
