Senior year man. By far the best year of my life since elementary, made new friends, felt more confident, played my ass off during soccer, and just enjoyed life. I would be lying if I said it were perfect, there were days where getting out of bed would be an accomplishment or days where my morning would start off with tears, but I always could count on my friends to make my day infinitely times better, when I’m with my friends I don’t feel any other emotion other than joyous ones, they’ve made me a better person and a better friend, they’ve made me give life another chance and made me view things differently. I’m gonna miss high school and school in general, I can’t believe we’re graduating. I just wish I was able to see all of my old friends back in elementary in Port Angeles and Franklin Pierce simultaneously because they contributed a lot to me as a person, my closest friends from Franklin Pierce, I haven’t spoken to them since the 8th grade and it was digitally, I haven’t seen them since 2021 maybe, that 5th grade class was honestly the best year of my life from how I can remember it, even though I had similar mental health struggles my friends then were there for me similarly to how my friends are there for me now, I’ll never forget Lily, Olive, Elysia, and Aubree and of course Jonathan. genuinely one of the best friend groups I’ve ever had

I wanna thank everyone who was part of my journey as a player and as a person, without everybody and the sport, I wouldn’t be the person I am now. I started playing my freshman year, my sophomore year I regret not playing, my junior year I was a sub saw the field half the game, and then my senior year with an amazing team, made captain for JV and played 80 minutes every game and played 3 varsity games. The past 4 years will impact my future and me as a player for the rest of my life and I hope all my past teammates will make their goals and dreams🫶 Thank you High School
