✨ 𝐹𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝒯𝑜𝓅 𝐹𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝒯𝓇𝑒𝓃𝒹 ✨

I have seen this trend so much lately so of course I had to join in!!! This trend is so cute and such a fun way to seeing a little bit of everyone’s personalities and i just adore it so much. But the worst part about this trend is how HARD it is!!! Movies and shows are kinda more concrete but i could definitely add some more but music??? I have such a mix of music and that’s just such a short range of my music taste😂

And I’m not going to tag anyone just because I’ve seen a lot of people do it but if you haven’t PLEASE do this trend! It’s so fun and cute!!💗 plus I’m nosey and wanna see your favs😂😉

Do we have any of the same top 5’s?

Do I Recommend: yk what? Hell yeah

Synopsis: Summer Hamilton is in charge of watching over Rhett Eaton after a he makes a few controversial comments that leads sponsers to withdraw their contracts with him. There’s lots of back and forth bickering but soon seems like it’s more than that.

“𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨”

Review: Well, I’m a little disappointed in myself for taking so long to read a cowboy romance😂 I did enjoy this one a lot. I went in not knowing what to except, but very glad booksta convinced me to read this one. I feel like my reviews are very unreliable because I rate purely off vibes, and I’ve seen half and half reviews but here we go…🥰

So starting off, I’ll always have a soft spot for a “bad boy.” Just a weakness and always will be. I did love Rhett but was annoyed at him giving up Summers secret the way he did. But the ending definitely made up for it

Summer, I enjoyed her character but didn’t connect too much except with how she’s a people pleaser and girl I feel you. But so glad she and Rhett got their happy ending.

Overall, I did enjoy the environment of the book a lot and feel like this review is a little eh just because it did take me almost 2 weeks to finish (that’s partially my fault either way bc life) because the beginning caught me but didn’t, ya know? But definitely got better. I’m definitely a lot more interested in the next books so I will for sure be picking them up soon

🤠 What cowboy romance do you think I should pick up next?

Do I Recommend: always recommend Ms Ana Huang🥰

Synopsis: Xavier Castillo has the world at this fingertips and has no interest in taking over his family’s empire. The only thing that brings him joy is riling up his publicist, Sloane Kensington. When a tragedy brings them together, Xavier gets scared for his future and realizes the only person he wants is immune to his charm. So it seems.

”𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐢 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐚. 𝐌𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧. 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐭, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞, 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡.”

Review: Ana Huang truly outdid herself with this one and honestly might be my favorite one of the series. The love and connection between these two is absolutely unmatched.

Xavier is so unlike all the other men in her books and honestly is probably my favorite now. He is so thoughtful with Sloane and so loving. His party boy persona is justified so much in this book giving his past and he deserves the absolute world.

Sloane is truly so so lovable for someone who’s supposed to be unemotional. She’s so strong with all her family has put her through and her growth in this book is beautiful to see.

Them together? Just perfect. The way Xavier brings Sloane out of her shell and truly makes her open up is the sweetest thing. The way they actually communicated? And didn’t drag a third act break up (which it barely was) made me love it even more.

Also of course loved all the Cameos of everyone from the past books and the Twisted series 🥰

Overall, this book was absolutely amazing and the pace of this and their relationship was absolutely perfect and easily my favorite couple of the Kings of Sin series.

⏱️ What’s your favorite King of Sin book? Are you excited for King of Envy??

❄️ 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐫𝐚𝐩 𝐔𝐩 ❄️

5 books and a very long month later, we are finally in February!!

January wasn’t a bad month for me honestly. I had a great time and read some great books. Me and my family had a lot of fun in the snow and going to the Nashville Zoo for their zoolumination!

Going back to work was hard after a long break and hard in general since my job does wear me out butttt hoping for something better and my family and friends and boyfriend makes my days so much better❤️

Ended the month with ice skating with my brother who is practically my best friend at this point😂 I busted my ass a few times and I am HURTING today

Overall, not a bad month but hoping February is better 🩷

📚 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐇𝐚𝐮𝐥 📚

35 books later…. So I have to admit I have a problem (sort of) with thrifting books. These are some recently thrifted books from the past weekend and I kind of got a little lucky😂 I tell myself that I need to stop buying books but I barely count thrifted books because they’re only $2 usually

It’s shocking people donate most of these buttttt I’ll take it😂

🛍️ Do you see any that I should pick up soon?

Do I Recommend: YES!

Synopsis: Shane and Diana literally cannot stand each other at all, but they both come in handy with each other when Diana’s ex won’t leave her alone and she needs a new dance partner. Shane also loves how Diana makes his ex jealous. What happens when this fake relationship starts feeling too real though?

“𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜. 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐃𝐢𝐱𝐨𝐧. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞. 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞. 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. Review: All I can do is stand up and applaud to our queen Elle Kennedy. You would think after so many hockey books, it would get boring, right? That does not happen at all with her books. This story captured me so completely, I don’t even know where to start talking about it. The characters? The plot? The spice? It was so on point and had me bawling the whole time.

Diana is such a spunky character and so strong with everything she’s been through. I related to her so much with her family wanting more from her and feeling like you don’t give that to them. But no matter what she always picks her self back up and she deserves to much better. Also her relationship with Shane’s family was the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen.

Shane is honestly now one of my top book boyfriends. The way he loves Diana is unreal and so so beautiful. Doing every little thing for Diana and doing it 100% as she does made me fall so in love with him. And how he’s so protective of her?? Love it so so much. His relationship with his family had me in tears as well but his ex on the other hand? Made me so angry it’s not even funny.

It’s a little chaotic but so am I but absolutely loved making this🥰

Do I Recommend: If you read Haunting Adeline, yes

Synopsis:

Living deep within the mountains with a haunting past, Molly is a complete ghost. Nothing but her and her pigs.

Spoiler Free Review:

I will say that it was really cool hearing more about Molly’s story when she was such a support to Adeline in Francesca’s horror house (too nice of a way to describe it). This short story really captured everything to make you absolutely feel for Molly and truly hope the best for her. It wasn’t as hard as a read as Hunting Adeline but definitely a dark novel.

I honestly could have done without the storyline with Cage but you know Ms. H. D. Carlton is gonna put her spice in there and she did not disappoint with it. I was just not expecting him but not mad about it.

Overall, I think this was a great side story for the Cat and Mouse duet and I’m glad I read it.

Have you read this series? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
