Hey, I’m Kaity 🤍

I’m a Realtor with The West Team at Royal LePage Integrity, helping people buy and sell homes across Ottawa and the surrounding areas.

Real estate has always been part of my life — I grew up watching my mom build her career in the industry, and it showed me just how rewarding it is to guide people through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. That’s what drew me in… and it’s why I still love what I do.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve helped 450+ families make their move — including 82 last year alone ($48M in sales 🤯). I’m also proud to have been named Rookie of the Year in my first year, and now serve as a top Realtor and Sales Manager on our team.

What I’m known for:

• In-depth market knowledge — from new builds to rural properties to the suburbs

I especially love working with clients who are upsizing or downsizing — those big transitions where having the right guidance really makes all the difference.
