Oh my heart—

After a week of being home, snuggling into this fall season, teaching my classes, and finally getting unpacked,
my heart is at its fullest.

It’s wild to look back on how I got to where I am now.
The highs and lows, the winding road, the leaps.
The adventure I never saw coming.

Life has shown me that anything is possible,
and all of it is temporary.

It’s shown me to follow my heart,
but not attach to where it might lead.

Another transition is coming. I can’t yet see it but I feel it in my bones. I know now that it’s best to surrender to it all. To lean into change and trust what waits on the other side— by @kaitycarlson

I am here and I am there—I’m packed unpacked and packed again. I’m in love with the islands, sunshine, ocean,, but my heart still wants fall and sweaters. Soup!! My skin is dark but starting to peel. I’m exhausted and still so excited. I reflect as I look ahead. My body is drained but my heart has never been so full!! by @kaitycarlson
