We have spent years developing fitness professionals. Along the way, we have also developed the Teachers who teach them.

When every second counts, knowing what to do matters...

Our Mumbai team recently participated in a Trauma Response Session conducted in association with Life Saving Mumbai, bringing together classroom learning, practical demonstrations and hands-on training.

Across two sessions, the team was introduced to the DRSABCD approach to emergency response, along with initial assessment, CPR and AED usage, and the appropriate response to different medical emergencies.

The learning went beyond understanding the steps. Through practical scenarios and guided practice, the team had the opportunity to apply what they had learnt and understand how to respond calmly and effectively in an emergency.

Because when every second matters, knowing what to do is only one part of the equation. Being able to put that knowledge into practice, with clarity and confidence, is what makes preparation meaningful.

A special thanks to our Trainers, Mr. Zahid Shaikh and Mr. Ajmal Pawaskar, for making the sessions interactive, practical and engaging. It is instructors like them who help turn learning into understanding, and understanding into action.

We have started this initiative with our Mumbai team, with similar sessions set to continue across our other K11 locations in the coming months.

At K11, learning extends beyond what we teach. It is also about continually building the knowledge, awareness and practical skills that help us be better prepared for situations that matter.

Placement Record: August 2026

Featured here are a few students placed in August 2026, among many others.

Since our inception in 2003, K11 has maintained a consistent focus on developing job-ready fitness professionals for the industry.

Over time, this has translated into scale. Today, more than 1,100 gyms across India, along with select international placements, employ K11 students for their ability to perform from day ONE.

This post is a record of that outcome: training translated into employment.
