🇿🇦🔥 HERITAGE DAY @ ONEWELLNESS! 🔥🇿🇦

What better way to celebrate our beautiful South African heritage than with a ONE RUN Braai Run — good people, good food, wellness and a whole lot of lekker kuier! ❤️💛💚💙

After getting those legs moving, our runners could enjoy some proper South African treats:

🥧 Melktert
🍩 Koeksisters
🌭 Boerewors rolletjies
☕ And, of course, plenty of smiles and lekker conversation!

A big thank you to Norma from ResaK Skin Science for displaying her amazing products and giving everyone a chance to discover more about what ResaK has to offer.

And because recovery is part of wellness, Malebo from Kalafi Wellness Reflexology was there offering relaxing 10-minute foot massages — the perfect little treat after the run! 👣💆‍♀️

At ONEWellness, we love bringing movement, wellness, community and a little bit of South African lekkerte together. 🇿🇦❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Heritage Day ONE RUN Braai Run so special!

Lunch on the go!
So, with an insanely busy day- I had to make a good and healthy decision which entailed canned tuna for protein .
#what I did was buy a portion of cooked green peas and carrots to which I added a small can of tuna, salt and pepper!
