For years, I’ve had the opportunity to lease and manage this commercial property, and now we’ve officially closed the chapter with a successful SALE! 🔑

If there was ever a closing that proved those words to be true, it’s this one.

This closing is so special to me because I’ve known Narika since HIGH SCHOOL, and now my girl is retired military AND officially a HOMEOWNER! 🥹🏡🇺🇸

Over the years, she never stopped checking in with me and making her intentions known: “I’m going to become a homeowner.”

And when the time finally came, she fought through every obstacle, every delay, and every “no” that tried to stand in her way.

Last week, over 100 Norluxe agents from across multiple markets came together for a 2-day takeover in Detroit, courtesy of our incredible partners at @safetrust_mortgage @j.gueringer and @uwmlending

What started as a lending conference quickly became so much more. It was two days of collaboration, growth, masterminding, relationship building, and learning how to better serve our clients at every stage of the home buying journey. From pre-qualification to the closing table and beyond, we walked away with tools, strategies, and partnerships that will help us create an even better experience for the families we serve.

One of my favorite moments was watching our leadership see the impact of what they’ve built. I asked @jeremynorman_ several times what it felt like to see more than 100 agents show up, invest in themselves, and support one another. The truth is, there wasn’t really an answer. It was one of those moments that’s hard to put into words. The room was filled with ambition, community, and a shared commitment to excellence.

🗝️This one is extra special, my very first closing under Nouvelle Living 🙌🏽 and I couldn’t be more proud to say that just one month in, we are CLOSED! Let me be honest… this deal tested every ounce of my patience, problem-solving, and experience as an agent and as an associate broker. Just wait ‘til you swipe to see the chaos we faced on closing day alone 👀 But through it all, we made it. 💪🏽
