Vegeta went to sleep today at 2PM at home in my lap getting belly rubs, with Will right beside him giving him scritches.

We've spent the last week spoiling him rotten with all his favourite things and 'bucket list' items; all the human food he could eat including a whole chicken (in portions) Will cooked just for him, we put his Christmas tree up and got new baubles just for him to play with, finally let him explore the outside world (though he opted to stay in our garden), and watching his favourite shows (bird videos, and Day[9] streams). We did the best we could to give him the best final days he could have ever wanted.

Vegeta was my soul cat, he's been with us since the first year I moved to the UK. When I saw the photo of him, laying on his back with his belly showing, I knew right away he was meant to come home with us, that he was meant to be our boy. He was my company while I was job hunting and my comfort when I was homesick, he's been with us through our 20s into 'proper' adulthood and so many milestones.

My heart is in pieces and it doesn't feel real.

My beautiful sweet boy turns 13 today! My cuddle buddy (even if he just wants to steal my side of the bed) and the best hunter (even if he mostly hunts my feet) ❤️ Happy birthday old man. by @kalathra

Tyrion came to join me, and was doing his best to protect me from seeing anything on the screen - until the radio went off and startled him; at which point he has gotten progressively further away from me on the couch 😂 He's still hanging out though, he wants to be involved! Just...not so close lol by @kalathra

I enjoy making character / outfit concepts for new #ttrpg campaigns. I do not, however, enjoy choosing which one to go with.

This was my Valentine's Day gift but with this he also shared his lurgy with me so I've been sick since Wednesday; he's been taking care of me though because he's wonderful (and maybe feels a little guilty lol) by @kalathra
