Serious post: Number 4
Saw this in a shop window on my walk. I thought someone lost a puppy, but it's a poster about suicide. The beautiful young woman shown sadly took her own life.

There is NO cure for depression. There is treatment and medication available, but there is no cure. If you're on medication and it's making you feel better, you must keep taking it. You CAN'T just say you're feeling better, then stop taking it.

Remember, if you're struggling, there's no need to struggle alone. You'll feel so much better once you get it off your chest.

Don't be scared about telling someone. Get excited about getting your life back on track! 👌🙂

If you have no one to talk to, my DM's are always open if you need someone to talk to. Just let me know in the comments that you sent me a DM, and we'll chat.
Kaleb 🤜🤛❤️

I'm pretty sure the skyshow drone technology could be used to communicate with this thing that's floating around our solar system.

Being adopted, I often think about how bad it would have looked if my parents did this to me as a kid 😭🤣

Everyone is using the 80's filter on themselves at the moment.

This is my result...

I can't be the only person who has never finished a coffee at work that is still warm. I always take a couple of slips when I first make it while it's hot, then finish it two hours later when I make myself another coffee...😒

Went to #mountloftysummit on Friday night. The Adelaide Hills was blanketed in such a thick fog that you couldn't even see the glow of the city lights from the lookout.
Too be honest, it was pretty creepy. We were the only people there but felt like we were being watched... I want to do it again!

If there's one thing you must do while the cold weather is here, it's heading to the hills and paying the @aldgate_pump_hotel a visit. Come in from the cold and sit by the fire in the old, laid-back, cosy dining room. You don't want to leave! taken in Aldgate Pump Hotel by @kaleb_arancelovic

Gotta love lazy, winter Saturdays in the hills. These occasions are made extra special by a solid, unexpected win by the @adelaide_fc 👌

Before yesterday, I didn't know who @nestory._ was. Now, I'm dubbing him " The Irukandji"- small but lethal 🪼 💚💛 @socceroos
