Funny thing about Pretty Loud…

It was built by three women who know what it feels like to make ourselves smaller.

To second guess the big idea.
To care a little too much about being understood.
To wonder if the dream was too big, the vision too different, the expression too much.

At some point, each of us learned the same lesson in our own way:

you don’t become who you’re meant to be by turning yourself down.

Pretty Loud grew from that.

Kaleigh. Angel. Liz.

Three women with different backgrounds, different creative disciplines + different ways of seeing the world, brought together by a shared belief in what happens when you stop creating for approval and start creating from what’s true.

That belief shapes everything we build.

The brands we develop.
The identities we design.
The talent we help expand.
The experiences we create.
The stories we tell.
The opportunities we uncover.
The details people remember.

Because we’re not interested in making people + brands louder just to compete for attention.

We’re interested in uncovering what makes them impossible to confuse with anyone else.

The truth.
The point of view.
The thing that makes someone feel something.
The big vision underneath all of it.

And then giving it the creative direction, design, storytelling, access + execution to take up the space it deserves.

That’s Pretty Loud.

Boldness without needing to prove it.
Expression without permission.
Softness without shrinking.
Big ideas without apology.

So, hi 💋

We’re the women behind Pretty Loud.

And we’re building this for everyone who’s ever known there was something bigger in them and finally decided to turn the volume up. by @kaleighv

The world has never felt fixed to me. Every place carries more than one version of itself. Every object has the potential to become symbolic. Every detail is an invitation to build on top of what’s already there.

When I was younger, I could create an entire world from an outfit and whatever happened to be around me. I loved dressing up, but I loved the shift even more. The way a familiar room could suddenly feel like somewhere else. The way one choice could change the entire mood.

That instinct has been with me since.

Some of the strongest visual identities are built on restraint. A limited palette. One unexpected element that shifts the entire composition.

Simplicity has a way of amplifying intention.

That’s part of what makes Prada Marfa so compelling. The structure is simple. A storefront in the middle of the desert becomes a sculpture, a contradiction, and a commentary on access, excess, and the meaning we attach to certain names.

Wearing a fun shirt designed by a Nashville artist added another layer to the image.

Against a structure built around branding, excess, and inaccessibility, it felt right to wear something created by someone building a world of her own.

In a culture that constantly pushes us toward more, I keep finding myself drawn to the people making things with intention.

I don’t know how it’s possible for one year to hold this much life.

Somehow Kaleigh and I have managed to pack a decade’s worth of memories into a matter of months.

We’ve been on planes more than I can count, chasing music across cities. We’ve celebrated career wins that once felt impossible. We’ve cried over heartbreak. Sat with each other through grief. Laughed until we couldn’t breathe. Reinvented ourselves more than once.

Somewhere in the middle of all of it, she stepped into managing me, and watching what we’ve built together has been one of the biggest gifts of my career. The momentum we’ve created feels electric—but even more than that, it feels aligned.

There are people who come into your life for a season.

And then there are the ones who feel heaven-sent.

The ones who remind you that you’re not walking through change alone.

Happy Birthday, @kaleighv. Thank you for being one of the greatest plot twists of this year.
