On reste dans le sud et on flâne le long de la Sorgue. On est sous le charme de cette rivière, son eau couleur émeraude et ses rives bucoliques, pas vous ? ✨

.

EN - We’re staying in the south and strolling along the Sorgue. We’re under the spell of this river, its emerald-colored water and bucolic banks, aren’t you? ✨.

Baden, Golfe du Morbihan. 💙

Un endroit que j’affectionne particulièrement avec ces 32 kilomètres de côtes, ses îles et ses ostréiculteurs.

Un petit coin de paradis où l’on peut profiter de jolies balades et de plages qui ne manquent pas de charme. 🌊

EN - Baden is a place that I really love with its 32 kilometers of coastline, its islands and its oyster farmers.

A little corner of paradise where you can enjoy pretty walks and beaches that do not lack charm. 🌊

Note for myself: Slow down. Breathe. Don't rush. Let yourself feel verything you're holding inside. Joy, pain, exhaustion... feel everything.🙏🏻

There is a kind of beauty in growth. ✨

Come express yourself in a conscious way in a beautiful house in la Punta, Puerto Escondido. 🤍

During our two hours workshop you will experiment meditation with the vibrations of the didgeridoo, drink cacao at the sunset & experiment abstract painting with a Mexican Artist.

💫 3 reasons why do you should live this experience with us 💫

🧘‍♀Through meditation we can improve our ability to listen to our mind, body and spirit.
🌿Cacao can open the heart and allow you to connect with yourself and others in a deeper, more loving way.
🎨 Painting helps create harmony between the heart and the mind, which leads us to experience happiness, love, empathy and peace.

Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes ✨

Being creative isn't a talent, it's an ability to be ok with your own ideas.

Allow yourself to try something different, just to see what happens. ✨
