This photo was shared with me recently and it has stirred so many emotions.

The underlying thread in this 30a community is Everything.
I am a 20 plus years “newbie” who has sought refuge in this special place we call 30a. Over the decades, for myself and others, we have been drawn here because of the healing powers of nature ~ crystal quartz beaches combined with the salt air
Think about what drew you here and what you can do to preserve this sacred place and make a difference.

Stop cutting down the trees, filling in wetlands, proposing to pave the SeaGrove area with cement streets, taking permits out to shoot bears and it grows … every day ~

It seems almost too late ~
let’s preserve what we have left.

THE BEST action I’ve seen from people who want to protect our Beloved oak trees in the 30a area. The town has gotten out of hand letting building happen on wetlands, forests + dunes where it used to be protected and now carelessly hacking trees and mowing down wildflowers.
You can take action too. Put whatever you can in front of the trees. When a friend tried to talk to the utility guys, they laughed at her.
