MEET THE COMPANY!

KALIE MCLAUGHLIN

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Kalie McLaughlin was shaped by a family of dancers, musicians, and artists. A graduate of the Las Vegas Academy of the Performing Arts and UNLV, she earned a BFA in Performance & Choreography, a minor in Pilates, and UNLV’s Certificate of Excellence, awarded annually to one Fine Arts major.

Kalie’s professional experience spans concert dance, commercial choreography, sword fighting, musical theatre, ballroom dance, and international performance. She has worked with Contemporary West Dance Theatre, Imagination Productions, Dani Maloney Dance, Millennium Dance Complex, Green Works Dance Project, Desert Dance Ensemble, Harper Continuum Dance Theatre, and Kagami Art Collective.

Her roles include Principal Dancer, Rehearsal Director, Choreographer, Assistant Choreographer, Dance Captain, Educator, Wellness Professional, and Mentor—from the passionate Juliet to the fierce Captain Graves.

Today, Kalie is an artist, mother, and leader—creating, teaching, performing, and evolving while resilience, discipline, and the belief that artistry is not simply something you do, but something you live.

🏵️ MY SOUL’S AWAKE
.
I’m at a place where I want PEACE
More than I want to be SEEN
And I want REAL more than what used to please me.
I’m not mad at who I was; I just don’t LIVE THERE anymore.

-> Maybe I’ve mistaken dreams for reality for too long, but hope is all I have left to keep the darkness from swallowing me whole. -> Without it, I don’t know how to tell where I end and the darkness begins.

🔥What are you on fire for?🔥

This fire burns for my vision alone. No distractions, no approval needed—just the relentless drive to become everything I was meant to be.

• Her silence speaks volumes… look deep in those eyes. They reveal everything she’s been trying to tell you.
