A bittersweet goodbye

I am forever grateful for all of the people I have met during this journey. I am blessed with so many friendships and memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Growing up I dreamed about playing D1 softball. I must have dreamed more than the average person because I had the privilege of playing at 3 different D1 schools.

Not long ago I was told a few too many times to look at myself in the mirror 😉. I did today and realized all of the memories I’ve made and the people I’ve met were definitely more important than the wins and loses.

I am beyond thankful for every coach, teammate, athletic trainer, parent, family member, and fan that believed in me. You made this journey worth it.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over my college career is that you can do hard things even if some people don’t think you can.
