A little introduction. A little vulnerability. A little chaos.

I’m Kamaile. 💁🏽‍♀️💃🏽🏋🏽‍♀️🤠

Wife. Mom. Entrepreneur. Gym girl. Recovering perfectionist. Professional overthinker. 😂

I’m building businesses, raising humans, living between Oahu and Seattle, and learning to become the woman I want to be.

And somewhere along the way, I’ve realized that building a life I love also means unlearning some things. Actually, A LOT OF THINGS!

Letting go of perfection.
Breaking generational cycles.
Unlearning and realizing what aligns with me.
Healing parts of myself I used to ignore.
Learning that I can be a work in progress and still be worthy of taking up space.

The irony? I want to be visible. I want to share my story. I want to inspire people. But being seen still makes me nervous.

So here I am. Showing up anyway.
Not because I’ve figured it all out, but because, this is LIFE! I’m always changing my opinions and growing. It never stops.

Around here, you’ll find business, family, fitness, fashion, sarcasm, a little chaos, and a whole lot of becoming.

Big dreams. Imperfect progress. Showing up anyway.

If you’re also learning to let go of perfection and become more of yourself, I think you’ll feel right at home here. 🤎 by @kamaile.heide
