POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
My name is Natasha, I serve kambo medicine for nearly 3 years.
Here are some of the benefits after participating in a ceremony🐸

During a Kambo ceremony, medicine moves through the body, helping clear toxins, heavy emotions, and stuck energy.
Many physical and emotional struggles are connected to what we hold inside. Kambo supports the body in releasing what no longer serves and bringing the system back into balance.

After a session, people often experience:
• more energy
• mental clarity
• less inflammation and pain
• deeper sleep
• emotional release
• feeling lighter and more connected

Kambo invites us to observe and reflect, it helps us find a doorway into a new way of being and living.
Kambo can help clear brain fog, emotional heaviness, and inner blockages — creating more space for alignment, love, abundance, and clarity.
Emotions stored in the body for long periods can affect our health, relationships, and decision-making. Kambo invites deep reflection, release, and transformation of these emotions. Without bypassing, hiding or running away from them.

There’s no one-size-fits-all, and that’s what makes Kambo so fascinating.
In the long term people report benefits ranging from Increased concentration, better mental clarity, aligning to life’s purpose, relief from depression and anxiety, improvement of relationships and job, forgiveness of self and others, removal of life blockages or energy blockages, breakthroughs in personal development, opening of the heart.
Every journey is different. Results can be subtle or life-changing.🌿

🐸 Will kambo kill my ego, help me to become enlightened? A question I often hear from clients who come for kambo ceremonies. The short and honest answer is NO. This answer definitely doesn’t bring me more clients, but it expresses the truths and authenticity of myself. It also bring those who would really benefit from ceremonies facilitated by me. I could give beautiful promises saying what they want to hear, but will I respect medicine and myself? Will I express clearly the depth of the medicine world and incredible gifts it gives us if we give up expectations?

Kambo is a powerful tool that helps us to see underneath our beliefs, helps to clean the body/energy field, helps to cure numerous diseases and addictions, helps to connect to nature and come back to our hearts, it opens more awareness within, but it doesn’t exclude the work we should do and integration process we have to go through. It includes facing with buried emotions,- anger, pain, shame, guilt, fears, going through turbulence, seeing unpleasant truth about oneself and people around, becoming conscious of our actions.

Kambo won’t kill your ego, on a contarary it will help to create a healthier ego structure, acceptance of oneself. It isn’t a magic wand which will cure us from ourselves, it’s more of a hard stick which might hit strongly if we are hiding from something that needs to be revealed.
It’s a process of detoxification from our unhealthy beliefs, patterns, process of attunement with our bodies/needs and hell yes it might be painful. It might also be pleasant, depends on many factors including our childhood, presence within, past lives, karma, etc.

Kambo will bring you clarity, openness, more regulated state of being. It helps us to become aware and clean our body from years of toxification for further healing to happen easier and faster. I wouldn’t have facilitated kambo if didn’t see gradual changes in clients/myself after kambo. Remember, integration is the key and you can’t/ don’t need to run away from yourself 💙

Medicine world is wise,it knows what we need most, trust the process🌞#kambomedicine #healingjourney taken in Arambol, Goa, India by @kambo_tapanda

Each Kambo ceremony is an opportunity for growth and healing not only for the participants but for the facilitators as well. What we experience during a Kambo ceremony can be compared to a catharsis, a death of an old paradigm.

How we experience Kambo reflects our relationship with life itself. Are we blaming circumstances? Are we complaining? Are we trying to lean into good experiences only and run away from the uncomfortable? Are we expecting others to do our inner work for us? Or are we doubting ourselves, our choices, God, or the power of healing? All our unconscious tendencies that keep us away from presence are illuminated during plant medicine ceremonies.

If the participant is open to seeing that, and if the facilitator is present, grounded, and, most importantly, conscious of these possible traits, then a beautiful connection happens in that space. We might feel how we put the armor aside, open to new possibilities in life, and feel seen and heard for who we truly are. Everything is accepted and welcomed. Nothing needs to be different, and you don’t need to be different. If in this very moment that’s what you feel or experience, it’s completely fine. Can we feel deeper into what isn’t pleasant, allowing our feelings to be seen even if we consider them painful or wrong? Can we actually allow them to be expressed?

This is not to say there are no boundaries at the ceremony. Facilitators must be able to cut through certain negative patterns, to redirect energy if needed; this is an act of love and service. And only if facilitators had gone through dark places within themselves can they actually cut through bullshit and redirect what’s needed. It’s a skill we practice every day🐸 Ayo #kambomedicine #healingjourney taken in Sri Lanka by @kambo_tapanda

Every individual is a unique expression of themselves.

That’s what stayed with me after our first Mala & Japa workshop. Watching everyone create their own mala, choose their main stone, work with different colours and materials, arrange the stones, and even navigate the process of learning something completely new and facing little challenges along the way, all of it revealed a little something about each person.

And that made the mala they created at the end of the workshop even more special.

There’s also something truly joyful about completing something with your own hands, knowing that a part of you is woven into it. It’s hard to put that feeling into words.

That’s why we’re happy to announce that we’re hosting a second session this Saturday, 26 September.

Don’t miss it, as this will be the last one before Natasha takes a little break from Da Nang for a while.

We have very limited spots this time as we need to make sure there are enough materials for everyone, so DM Heart to secure your spot early.

See you at Heart this Saturday morning!

Ecstatic Dance & Cacao journey
THE DANCE OF ONENESS 🖤🤍❤️

It’s been a while since we danced together. Before rain season starts full on, we warmly welcome you to join us on October 3🌿

Back to the body. Back to the rhythm. Back to that place where we can let go of who we think we need to be & simply feel, dance, connect and expand.

This time, we’ll explore oneness,- not as something we need to understand, but something we can experience

With gentle arrival, cacao ceremony, movement and sound healing , we’ll slowly open the space… listen deeper… let the body speak, and allow our individual dances to meet in one shared rhythm.

Black, white and red will accompany us through the journey-three colours, three energies, different expressions of the same life.

Let’s come back to the dance. Let’s come back to ourselves. Let’s come back to oneness. 🖤🤍❤️

Kambo & Somatic Awareness retreat
Hoian, September 25-28
Meet your facilitators 🌿

Natasha is a Kambo practitioner, plant medicine facilitator, and somatic movement therapist with over 4 years of experience guiding people through healing, embodiment, and nervous system regulation.
She has been serving Kambo for more than 3 years, supporting over 150 people through ceremonies and integration. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t end with the medicine, it goes through how we listen to the body, create safety, and integrate the experience into everyday life.

Throughout the retreat, Natasha will facilitate Kambo and Rapéh ceremonies, somatic awareness sessions, cacao ceremony, and heart-opening practices.

Her approach is gentle yet profound. She creates a trauma-informed, compassionate space of acceptance & presence where you are always free to move at your own pace. There is no pressure to “break through”, only an invitation to meet yourself honestly, with curiosity, presence, and care.

Her intention is simple: to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, soften what no longer serves you, leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself.

For Natasha, the ceremony itself is only half of the journey. Equal importance is given to preparation, integration, and helping each participant translate their experience into lasting change.

Eilidh is an internationally accredited energy healer and holistic therapist.
Having served across Asia for the last 3 years, Eilidh sees her work as a stepping stone, helping others to understand themselves on a deeper level, so that they can make more empowered choices in their lives.

Eilidh will bring this value to the retreat, acting as support during integration and rest periods, as well as morning meditation.
Her caring and loving support will help to navigate insights of your journey.

4-Day Kambo & Somatic Awareness Retreat
Hoi An | August 21–24 🌿

What if healing wasn't something you had to chase...
What if your body already knew the way?
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, cleanse, reconnect, and give yourself four days away from the noise of everyday life.

Together we'll work with Kambô, Rapéh, and somatic awareness, not as separate practices, but as one journey.
Kambo has the ability to deeply cleanse the body, support the immune system, clear mental fog, and bring hidden emotions or patterns into awareness. But transformation doesn't happen only during the ceremony. It happens in the moments after, when the body begins to process, soften, and integrate.

That's why this retreat combines medicine with movement, meditation, heart-opening practices, and plenty of time to simply breathe, rest, and listen.
