Triple-Threat Auteur Award — Piotr Skowroński
Best English Canadian Series — Presented by Post City Picture and Sound

It’s a great recognition of the work that went into the series, and we’re especially pleased to see so many of the creative departments represented.

A huge thank you to our cast and crew for the talent, time, and commitment that brought PHANTOM LINE to the screen. This series was made in Northern Ontario, with the support of an incredible group of people who believed in the project from the beginning.

We’re also grateful to Bell Fibe TV1 for supporting the series and giving this Northern Ontario production a platform to reach audiences.

PHANTOM LINE Ep 4 will be screened at T.O. WebFest on September 30 as part of Block 9: Horror II, running from 2:00–3:00 p.m.

We’re looking forward to sharing the film with festival audiences and celebrating alongside the other filmmakers and creators at this year’s festival.

Congratulations to Scott Baker @reel_velocity on his @canadiancinematographer (CSC) Award nomination for Half Hour Scripted Series Cinematography for his outstanding work on Phantom Line. An incredible and well-deserved recognition. Scott is nominated alongside Fraser Brown CSC (Twisted Metal – “NUY3ARZ”), Daniel Grant CSC (Murderbot – “Escape Velocity Protocol”), Stephen Maier CSC (Stick – “Clark the Mark”), and David A. Makin CSC (BET – “Game On”). Congratulations to all of this year’s nominees.

This latest honour adds to an exciting year for Phantom Line. The project has also received a @canadiancinemaeditors (CCE) Award nomination for Andrea Novoa @ac_novoa (Best Editing in Series / Digital Content), along with multiple Northern Ontario Music and Film Awards (NOMFA) nominations @cio_north including Outstanding Television Series, Outstanding Director – Long Format, and Outstanding Screenwriter for Piotr Skowroński @kameraspeed

A sincere thank you to the incredible cast, crew, technicians, artists, collaborators, community partners, businesses, family, and friends who helped make Phantom Line possible. Your talent, generosity, hard work, and belief made this project what it is. These recognitions belong to all of you.

PODWÓJNE (DOUBLE) - Now Available

Podwójne (Double) is a 12-minute drama about identity and the quiet unease of seeing yourself from the outside. The film was shaped by the spirit of Polish cinema, and by Krzysztof Kieślowski’s The Double Life of Véronique.

Screening include: the Sweden Film Awards, Luleå International Film Festival, the International Sound & Film Music Festival, and Cinéfest Sudbury CTV Best in Shorts. The Canadian Society of Cinematographers also recognized the film with Best Cinematography.

The film stars Joanna Sobesto, with music by Graham Campbell, and was produced by Andrea Novoa and Piotr Skowroński for Arcane Film Group.

✨ What a night, North Bay.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Phantom Line screening at the Capitol Centre.

To our incredible cast and crew - you are the soul of this project. Seeing so many of you together, celebrating the work we built from the ground up, was truly inspiring. Every performance, every camera setup, every late-night push - it all led to beautiful moments on the big screen.

A huge thank you to the City of North Bay and the Capitol Centre for hosting us as part of the Centennial screenings. We couldn’t dream of a better place to share this story with the community that shaped it.

To everyone who joined us, cheered us on, asked questions, shared hugs, and stayed afterward to chat - thank you.
